Uns wurden die Räder gleich abgenommen und wir sollten in einer halben Stunde wiederkommen. Wir kamen nach 40 Minuten und die Räder waren fahrbereit. Danke dafür. We passed by today with two bikes that were slightly damaged by a fall. The bikes were taken from us straight away and we should come back in half an hour. We arrived after 40 minutes and the bikes were ready to go. Thanks for that.

Und das in nur 30 Minuten. Das ist Touristenfreundlich. Und der Preis war absolut in Ordnung. Vielen Dank. Wir werden euch weiter empfehlen. ?????????? Highly recommended. Ich hatte am Anfang meines Alpencross nach einem Kettentausch ein Problem mit überspringendem Ritzel an der Kassette, die ausgetauscht werden musste. Herr Engl hatte zwar keine auf Lager, hat aber ein anderes Fahrradgeschäft angerufen, mein Ersatzteil klar gemacht und mir den Weg zum anderen Shop beschrieben. Nochmals vielen Dank - sie haben meinem Alpencross zu einem guten Start verholfen!!! Thank you for your kind help! At the beginning of my Alpencross, after replacing a chain, I had a problem with a skipping sprocket on the cassette, which had to be replaced. Mr. Engl didn't have any in stock, but called another bike shop, made my spare part clear and described the way to the other shop. Thank you again - you got my alpine cross off to a good start!

Spontan und ohne Termin wurde geholfen und in kürzester Zeit repariert, vielen Dank nochmal! :-) During the bike tour through Bolzano, 2 tires ran flat at the same time ... Spontaneous and without an appointment, help was provided and repairs were made in the shortest possible time, thank you again! :-)

Den guten Bewertungen für das Fahrradgeschäft Engl sind wir gefolgt und waren begeistert. Super schneller und freundlicher Service. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ganz "nebenbei" wurden noch zwei weitere Probleme am Fahrrad behoben. Daher ein dickes Danke von uns und eigendlich sechs Sterne. After a lot of uphill and downhill runs, our brake pads were pretty down and the vacation wasn't over yet. We followed the good ratings for the Engl bicycle shop and were delighted. Super fast and friendly service. Good price / performance ratio. Two more problems on the bike were fixed "by the way". So a big thank you from us and actually six stars.

Gerne wieder :) We rented e-bikes from the bike shop and it is really recommended! The bikes were perfect and the handover was straightforward! Gladly again :)
M	Markus K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super toller Fahrradladen. Auf der Fahrt zum Gardasee ist mir der Seilzug von der hinteren Gangschaltung gerissen. Spontan, günstig und super freundlich hat man mir innerhalb von einer Stunde mein Seilzug gewechselt. Ich würde hier sogar 10 Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre. Top bleibt so ? Super great bike shop. On the way to Lake Garda, the cable pulled from the rear gear shift. My cable was changed spontaneously, cheaply and super friendly within an hour. I would even give 10 stars here if it were possible. Top stays that way ?
