★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to go for some drinks to this (what I thought) cute place - after arriving with my boyfriend and our luggage (btw we were dressed proper) the woman at the entrance looked very derogatory at us - we were asking for a table for two, we got placed at the table and by telling her we are here for drinks she mentioned „it’s not possible“... We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Alright no problem, we found another place called „Löwengrube“ who treated us perfectly... will never visit this brasserie again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the website and the branding, definitely below expectations.
They try too hard to get you spend more money than you need but without real quality (encouraging to take more courses, or the most expensive drink, or dessert).
Risotto wasn’t fully cooked and the sharing concept is not really a thing. They just drop multiple plates on your table and you need to split it in a very uncomfortable way.
Poorly put together plates and very low-profile presentation for the dishes.
They rather sell themselves as a normal brasserie than trying hard to be a fine dining sharing experience which ends up being low quality compared to other options in Bolzano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best in Bolzano! Our party of 4 had a wonderful time dining at Tree Brasserie. Every dish was excitent, but the ambience and great service made the dinner experience one to remember. I don't know when I'll be back to Bolzano from Los Angeles, but when I do I know exactly where to go for dinner. Thank you so much.
