Die klassische Urlauber-Abzocke Nachdem und der ADAC zur Alpina Kfz Werkstatt gefahren hat, nachdem die Motorkontrollleuchte ca. 1 h ausgelesen wurde, war nach kurzer Zeit ein Techniker vot Ort, um eine Analyse durchzuführen. Der Fehler war mit zwei Schlägen auf den Motorventilator erledigt, was ca. 3 Min gedauert hat. Nachdem die beiden Mechaniker kurz diskutiert haben, ob diese Lappalie überhaupt etwas kostet wurden uns 60 Euro abgeknöpft. Lieber gleich zum ATU und den Fehler für weit weniger auslesen lassen.
The classic vacation rip-off After the ADAC drove to the Alpina vehicle workshop, after the engine control lamp had been read out for approx. 1 hour, a technician was on site after a short time to carry out an analysis. The error was resolved with two blows on the motor fan, which took about 3 minutes. After the two mechanics briefly discussed whether this triviality costs anything at all, we were charged 60 euros. Better to go straight to the ATU and read out the error for far less.

Molto cordiali e onesti. Ho lasciato la mia auto per una riparazione alla carrozzeria e mi è stata riconsegnata come nuova. Ho provato molti altri carrozzieri ma mai nessuno come loro ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative!! Consigliatissima!!!
Very friendly and honest. I left my car for a body repair and it was returned to me as new. I have tried many other body builders but no one like them has ever met my expectations !! Highly recommended !!!

Servizio pessimo, assolutamente sconsigliato. Problemi sul servizio e sul metodo di pagamento, inoltre discussioni tra tutti (collaboratori, capo, ...). Lavoro fatto male e tempistiche lunghissime... Non tornerò mai più, vivamente sconsigliato.
Bad service, absolutely not recommended. Problems on the service and on the payment method, besides discussions among all (collaborators, boss, ...). Bad job and long deadlines ... I will never go back, strongly advised against.

LADRI. Mi sono trovato per caso da loro per via di un incidente in autostrada. Non ho fatto i lavori da loro perché erano troppo cari. Sono uscito con 600€ da pagare ( solo per il servizio di spostamento macchina)
THIEVES. I found myself by chance with them due to an accident on the highway. I didn't get the jobs from them because they were too expensive. I went out with € 600 to pay (only for the car transfer service)

Wir hatten am Samstag nachmittag kurz hinter Bozen auf der Brennerautobahn eine Panne. Der hintere Stoßdämpfer an unserem Mazda war ausgebrochen. Die Autobahnmeisterei von Bozen war in kürzester Zeit da, und hat einen Abschleppwagen gerufen. Es kam schnell ein Abschleppwagen der Alpina Autoservice. In der Wartezeit sicherte uns der Herr von der Autobahnmeisterei ab und war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden dann zur Autoservice Alpina abgeschleppt. Es war keine Reparatur mehr möglich, da das Osterwochenende bevorstand. Der Chef persönlich hat dann ein Leihwagen für uns organisiert, obwohl keiner mehr da war. Auch möchten wir uns für die freundliche zuvorkommende Hilfe beim Chef und seinen Mitarbeitern herzlich bedanken. Wir konnten mit dem Leihwagen unsere Heimreise fortsetzen. Gleich am nächsten Werktag wurden wir informiert, was die Reparatur kostet und sie würden sich am nächsten Tag melden, wann es fertig ist. Bereits am nächsten Tag wurden wir informiert, dass es fertig ist und uns der Preis (Kostenvoranschlag) genannt. Als wir es abholen kamen, war der Preis genau wie gesagt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und die schnelle Hilfe. Hierfür bedanken wir nochmals beim Chef und seinen Mitarbeitern. Mille Grazie.
On Saturday afternoon we broke down just after Bolzano on the Brenner autobahn. The rear shock absorber on our Mazda had broken out. The Bolzano motorway maintenance department was there in no time and called a tow truck. A tow truck from Alpina Autoservice came quickly. While we were waiting, the gentleman from the Autobahnmeisterei secured us and was very courteous and friendly. We were then towed to Autoservice Alpina. Repairs were no longer possible as the Easter weekend was approaching. The boss personally organized a rental car for us, although no one was there. We would also like to thank the boss and his staff for the friendly, courteous help. We were able to continue our journey home with the rental car. We were informed the very next working day how much the repair would cost and they would be in touch the next day when it was ready. The very next day we were informed that it was ready and we were told the price (estimate). When we came to pick it up the price was exactly as said. We were very happy with the service and the quick help. We would like to thank the boss and his staff again for this. Mille Grace.

MOLTO MALE. Purtroppo dopo 30 anni mi ritrovo a scrivere la mia prima recensione negativa (dico purtroppo perche sarei voluto tornare a casa con un sorriso invece di dover scrivere queste righe). Appuntamento preso da circa 2 settimane per fare il PRIMO tagliando della mia fiat panda 4x4. Gia dall'appuntamento avevo avvisato che venivo da lontano e che avrei dovuto attendere li il completamento dei lavori. Consegnata alle 9.20, la macchina alle 15 (tornato dalla mia passeggiata) era ancora parcheggiata dove l'avevo lasciata. Alle 15.50 finalmente la prendono in carico (davanti ai miei occhi), alle 16.40 la macchina era pronta (orario ben definito sempre per laa mia presenza). Costo?? 360 euro...(neanche fosse una Cadillac) Manodopera??? 125 euro (2.5 ore segnate) quando ci hanno impiegato 50 min. Ad una mia spiegazione (spiegazione e non polemica!) sul costo della manodopera sapete cosa mi hanno detto??: "è MA QUESTA è LA PRASSI"...... A voi tutti le vostre valutazioni... Sicuramente non ci tornerò piu. Grazie mille!
VERY BAD. Unfortunately after 30 years I find myself writing my first negative review (I say unfortunately because I wanted to go home with a smile instead of having to write these lines). Appointment taken about 2 weeks to get the FIRST service on my fiat panda 4x4. Already from the appointment I had warned that I was coming from afar and that I would have to wait there for the completion of the works. Delivered at 9.20, the car at 15 (returned from my walk) was still parked where I had left it. At 15.50 they finally took charge (in front of my eyes), at 16.40 the car was ready (well-defined time always for my presence). Cost?? 360 euros ... (not even a Cadillac) Labor??? 125 euros (2.5 hours marked) when it took 50 min. To my explanation (explanation and not controversy!) On the cost of labor do you know what they told me ??: "is BUT THIS IS THE PRACTICE" ...... To you all your evaluations ... I will definitely not go back there again. A thousand thanks!

Esperienza da dimenticare: STATEVENE ALLA LARGA!. dopo un incidente in autostrada, la macchina è stata trasporta di default presso questa officina nonostante la volontà di portarla vicino ad una auto-officina di Bressanone. Pessimi prezzi (fuori da ogni logica); Pessimo trattamento cliente; avrei potuto capire in parte (FORSE) fosse il cliente ad andare con la propria volontà a richiedere il loro servizio, ma invece se ne approfittano delle disgrazie altrui. SENZA VERGOGNA. EDIT dopo la risposta dell'auto-officina: Innanzitutto non penso di aver scritto in prima persona ma in terza. Io ho accompagnato mio fratello presso la vs sede e in tutte le pratiche per cui la mia recensione riguarda a una testimonianza diretta. Ci vuole un gran coraggio nell'affermare che non ve ne siete approfittati dell'accaduto per sparare prezzi assurdi. Un'altra officina ha fatto un preventivo meno della metà del suo, pensi un po'. Buon fine settimana anche a Lei.

Bad experience. My car broke down on the highway three weeks ago. A very kind lorry driver signaled to me that something was wrong with it. The engine was overheated and some white smoke was coming out from the muffler. I called the rescue service. I personally didn't know any garage in the area, so I trusted the tow-truck driver and was driven to this garage. **next time: take your time to do some research online and choose wisely** That day I was on my way to a job interview, so I was keen on knowing what was happening as I was still on time to get the train to get there. I was left in the hall waiting, with not much consideration except for them telling me to wait and ended up missing my appointment. The guy was less then welcoming and, right after asking some personal information about my origin, he made an unpleasant comment about "having to wear a double face mask to protect himself from people like me"... I'm used to people of this area and their provocations, so I didn't take it personally, but then he carried on with his attitude. After a couple of hours and a summary look, he cut it short: I could have had the engine redone (cost estimated: 1200-1500 € + VAT) or have my car demolished. My car is old but it's well looked after and I'm not so naive as he would probably have hoped, so I left the garage, in my car. After 2 Km I called my ensurance again and asked for my car to be transferred to my home town. The transport costed me 300€, but it was worth the fuss. My mechanic was also shocked by the options I was given and my car was fully repaired with 350€. I mean... I am a very understanding person, but trying to take advantage of the situation, regardless of the consequences of such to an unemployed woman. During a pandemic. Jeeez.. Definitively a no-no. P.S.: Exception made for the young lady at the reception, she was nice.
