Die Mechanikerwerkstätte ist sehr unzuverlässig, mir wurden sachen versprochen die in Garantie mitgemacht werden und nachher wird alles verneint. Das beste ist noch dass dem Kunden die schuld gegeben wird. Schade dass die Garantie einen zwingt diese Autohäuser aufzusuchen... Much selection but service often very slow. Unfortunately, changed the rating to 1 star. The mechanic workshop is very unreliable, things were promised to join the warranty and afterwards everything is denied. The best is that the customer will blame. Too bad that the guarantee forces this car dealership ...

Nicht genug: Das Auto wurde mir mit leerem Kühlflüssigkeitsbehälter zurückgegeben, ohne mir dies mitzuteilen. Glücklicherweise habe ich bald danach nachkontrolliert und es ist nichts schlimmeres passiert. Das ist vollkommen unprofessionell und unverständlich. Nie wieder. € 300.00 for replacing a defective coolant cable. Not enough: the car was returned to me with an empty coolant tank without telling me. Luckily I checked back soon after and nothing worse happened. This is completely unprofessional and incomprehensible. Never again.

Allora mostro tutta la documentazione che prova le mie ragioni e loro che fanno? Si scusano per non poter far nulla perché il personale è già impegnato e mi congedano. Mai più Peugeot, mai più autocity. After booking the appointment for the coupon to my Peugeot very well in advance and having received written confirmation (sic !!!) of the appointment with date and time, I show up for the appointment and they tell me they can't do anything because they don't results in their systems. So I show all the documentation that proves my reasons and what they do? They apologize for not being able to do anything because the staff is already busy and dismiss me. No more Peugeot, no more autocity.
