★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho telefonato per chiedere soccorso dovuto ad una foratura, mi hanno risposto che essendo Domenica 16 agosto potevano intervenire con il carro attrezzi solo per lo spostamento della macchina ma non a sostituire la gomma perché i gommisti sono chiusi. Ora mi chiedo che soccorso è un'officina che non è in grado di intervenire su una foratura di un pneumatico? Per mia fortuna ho contattato la casa madre della mia auto che nel giro di un'ora e mezza (nonostante il festivo...)mi ha risolto il problema:::e sono potuta ripartire

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wegen einer Reifenpanne mussten wir am Abend abgeschleppt werden (mit unserem Van) . Die Mitarbeiter haben deutsch gesprochen, waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und kompetent. Bei der nächsten Panne an dieser Stelle hoffen wir von der gleichen Firma abgeschleppt zu werden! ;) Am nächsten Nachmittag waren die Reifen getauscht und die Fahrt konnte weitergehen.
Because of a flat tire, we had to be towed away in the evening (with our van). The staff spoke German, were extremely helpful and competent. If the next breakdown occurs at this point, we hope to be towed by the same company! ;) The next afternoon the tires were replaced and the journey could continue.
