★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vallazza ist ADAC-Partner im Umkreis, für uns deutsche Touristen :-). Innerhalb einer Stunde nach unserem Anruf beim ADAC in München war der Abschleppwagen da. Auf dem Hof angekommen wurde der Fehler sofort diagnostiziert: Diesel-Additiv ist leer (wir haben ein älteres Baujahr ohne Anzeige). Die Flüssigkeit musste natürlich erst beim Autohersteller geholt werden, und als das Material da war, wurde sofort wieder an unserem Auto gearbeitet und wir konnten unsere Heimreise antreten.
Die ganze Aktion vom ersten Anruf beim ADAC bis zur Weiterfahrt hat etwa vier Stunden gedauert. Man könnte sagen das wäre lange - ist es aber überhaupt nicht. Als Tourist hat man mit einer Panne immer schlechte Karten und möchte nur schnell nach Hause; in Deutschland aber müsste ich für dieselbe Aktion bestimmt die doppelte Zeit rechnen.
Herzlichen Dank an das Team: Ihr habt uns die Heimreise echt gerettet und immer wenn es ging sofort an unserem Auto gearbeitet. Die Arbeit war jeden einzelnen Cent der Rechnung Wert.
Vallazza is an ADAC partner in the area, for us German tourists :-). The tow truck was there within an hour of our call to the ADAC in Munich. When we arrived at the farm, the error was diagnosed immediately: the diesel additive is empty (we have an older year of construction without display). Of course, the liquid first had to be fetched from the car manufacturer, and when the material was there, our car was immediately worked on again and we could start our journey home.
The whole action from the first call to the ADAC to the onward journey took about four hours. You could say that would be a long time - but it is not at all. As a tourist you always have bad cards with a breakdown and just want to go home quickly; in Germany, however, I would have to calculate twice the time for the same action.
Many thanks to the team: You really saved our trip home and worked on our car immediately whenever possible. The work was worth every single cent of the bill.
