★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda seria. Hanno sbagliato nel senso che durante la consegna era emerso un difetto al divano. Si sono scusati e nel giro di poco tempo hanno riparato all'accaduto. Siamo molto felici del risultato e della serietà dimostrata. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei mobili e arredamento, però personale veramente maleducato e razzista.
Più volte ci succede che fanno differenza tra chi è di madrelingua tedesca e chi italiana (figuriamoci se ci sentono sentono parlare in un’altra lingua), il fatto che nel 2022 esistono ancora queste situazioni di discriminazione direi che è abbastanza grave!
Ormai ci è passata la voglia di andare da planer, mentre era uno dei posti dove più preferivamo acquistare mobili e altro per la loro qualità…

Nice furniture and decor, but really rude and racist staff.
It often happens to us that they make a difference between those who are native German speakers and those who are Italian (let alone if they hear us speak in another language), the fact that in 2022 these situations of discrimination still exist I would say that it is quite serious!
By now the desire to go as a planer has passed, while it was one of the places where we most preferred to buy furniture and more for their quality ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobilificio tipico altoatesino con prodotti provenienti dalla Germania e quindi con tempi di attesa piuttosto lunghi. Qualità nella media e personale addetto alla vendita piuttosto riservato e quindi la comunicazione con i clienti risulta poco chiara. Escluso però il reparto camere da letto dove lavora il sig. Josef sempre cordiale e attivo e soprattutto attento alle richieste dei clienti. Poco incline alla disponibilità invece l'addetto alla consegna del materiale acquistato e parimenti anche il personale operaio per il montaggio. Prezzi superiori alla media.
Typical South Tyrolean furniture factory with products from Germany and therefore with rather long waiting times. Average quality and rather reserved sales staff and therefore communication with customers is unclear. However, excluding the bedroom department where Mr. Josef always friendly and active and above all attentive to customer requests. On the other hand, the person in charge of delivering the purchased material and likewise also the assembly workers are not inclined to availability. Prices above average.

Overall they have high quality items, which get reduced to a decent price once they are on sale.
