Suggerimenti per migliorare: 1) i pezzi che si sostituiscono andrebbero fatti vedere al cliente; 2) lasciare la macchina pronta nel parcheggio distante dall’officina non mi è piaciuto...preferivo ritrovare l’auto pronta dove l’ho lasciata e cioè all’ingresso o accanto all’officina; 3) provare l’auto per vedere se tutto funziona dovrebbe essere questione di pochi chilometri e non 18-20 km (ad onor del vero questi km segnati dal trip che loro stessi avevano azzerato appena lasciata l’auto...quindi diciamo “fatti alla luce del sole”) Piccolezze? Forse ma hanno oscurato la professionalità del meccanico che mi è sembrato preparato e capace di lavorare al meglio segnalando un problema presente ma che altri meccanici non avevano capito di cosa si trattasse. Migliorare è sempre a ciò a cui si tende quindi...si può fare sempre meglio. Welcoming and prepared staff .... Perfectly executed service ... Maybe but they obscured the professionalism of the mechanic who seemed to me prepared and able to work at his best by reporting a problem that was present but that other mechanics had not understood what it was. Dopo averli contati la prima volta mi hanno dato riportare la macchina e hanno sistemato qualcosa ma per i problemi venuti fuori subito dopo mi ha bloccato il numero di cellulare il signore Graziano. Sicuramente per me sarà una cosa che andrà avanti legalmente. Bad shop bought used car from them. They said the engine was new etc but unfortunately this is not the case. After having counted them the first time they gave me to bring the car back and they fixed something but due to the problems that came out immediately afterwards Mr. Graziano blocked my mobile number. It will certainly go on legally for me.
