★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo esserci accordati per restituirmi il mezzo in giornata e averli anche avvisati di non avere altra possibilità di tornare a casa hanno chiuso l'officina con la mia macchina dentro. inutili le mille telefonate per rintracciare qualcuno che mi aprisse. ho rischiato di non riuscire a tornare a casa per tutto il finesettimana (abito lontano e non ci arrivo coi mezzi). salvato da un operaio che si era trattenuto oltre l'orario e dopo 40 min si è accorto della mia presenza e mi ha potuto restituire il veicolo.
capisco che possa esserci un errore ma questi sono errori che possono essere molto gravi e creare un danno enorme a una persona. davanti alla mia rimostranza sono stati capaci soltanto di dire che "sono cose che possono succedere". ci si aspetta perlomeno delle scuse! in tutto ciò si erano anche completamente dimenticati di farmi un cambio gomme che avevo già anche pagato....senza parole...
After having agreed to return the vehicle to me the same day and having also advised them not to have any other possibility of returning home, they closed the workshop with my car inside. the thousand phone calls were useless to find someone who would open it for me. I risked not being able to go home for the whole weekend (I live far away and I don't get there with the means). saved by a worker who had stayed after hours and after 40 minutes he noticed my presence and was able to return the vehicle to me.
I understand that there may be a mistake but these are mistakes that can be very serious and create enormous harm to a person. in the face of my complaint they were only able to say that "these are things that can happen". at least an apology is expected! in all this they had also completely forgotten to change my tires that I had already paid for .... speechless ...
