I wrote to sudtirol fenster for windows, about 20 pieces of French windows and windows complete with shutters all in larch, so a nice package of material. The very friendly local representative came to my house on time and ready to explain everything to me with some samples in the car to show me their finishes, so far everything is ok. then, disappeared, I forwarded an architectural drawing, metric calculations by e-mail explaining every request given by municipal constraints for the historic center, nothing disappeared! this in February / March 2021 then I had bureaucratic problems, contacted in July via WhatsApp, he replies as if he does not even know who I am, I introduce myself and redescribe everything by postponing all the material and nothing, at the beginning of August I contact him again annoyed to see if I have to expect a quote from them or no, and I do not receive an answer to which at the end of August I leave the last message with the message that I would have expected an answer, even negative, in my opinion it is professionalism and respect for future customers but in any case it is first of all people and in any case to date I have not received anything from the representative. I do not write this review to speak ill of a company that has been guaranteed to me by several people and for this reason, also given the amount of work, I would have trusted with my eyes closed, but your salesmen or at least what they have following me unfortunately they do not carry the good name of your company high and it raises doubts about the professionalism of the whole company since it works in your name! I also understand the period that is certainly not the best for requests, quotes and orders of this type but it was enough for me to also receive an answer that you are full and that's it and in any case I want to highlight that I had asked in case the false frames shortly (between 3/4 months) and for full windows when they came they came. having said that I thank you for the time wasted reading this review, I'm sorry it went like this because going around for jobs in various construction sites I saw your realizations very beautiful and in line with my tastes as well as hearing many people willing to guarantee your quality and efficiency. best regards Luca

In December 2021 I write to the area representative for the change of my windows. He calls me and assures me that he will come by as soon as he has appointments in the area (Gardena, there are construction sites that sprout like mushrooms every day). After MONTHS no contact. I rewrite him (so as not to disturb by calling, he thinks how polite I am) and he replies that I have lost my number, which I provide again (poor professionalism). April arrives and nothing happens. I write again and I don't even get an answer (professionalism drops to zero). I decide to bypass it because I really want their products. I find an address in Bolzano on their website: I take the car and go (it will be a showroom, I think naively, since it is present on a site aimed at the end customer!). I arrive and everything is resolved in a plaque in a commercial building and a door in a dark staircase on the second floor where it says "by appointment only". I get nervous but ... I call the number indicated and .. no one answers! Summary: if this is the much-vaunted South Tyrolean superiority, it is better to leave it alone because in Libya, without bothering other Italian suppliers, they would be able to humiliate a service that is simply non-existent, as well as professionalism. I forgot: I had turned to this company having already more than modern fixtures in their house as I was dissatisfied with them (but I hoped they would guarantee me the same finish of the internal surface).
