Al telefono molto scortesi, le alternative proposte erano pagare un tappezziere per tagliare il materasso, assurdo! Impossibile cambiare un materasso.E poi loro non sbagliano mai, vogliono saper tutto loro, troppa superbia! Leader nel settore ....rispondere alle recensioni!? I montatori si sono dimostrati all'altezza, facendo attenzione a non provocare danni nel trasporto e nel montaggio. Il prodotto mi è sembrato di qualità ed in linea con i prezzi di mercato. Nonostante una piccola incomprensione, dopo la consegna i titolari mi hanno contattato telefonicamente per sapere se era andato tutto bene. Per quanto mi riguarda questa coccola al cliente è stata come la ciliegina sulla torta. Direi soddisfatto. Available and prepared, they met my needs. T	Tommy Cit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo a Bolzano per qualche giorno di ferie e siamo capitati presso questo negozio di materassi ( dovevamo cambiare il materasso) ma eravamo entrati solo per vedere ( viviamo a 600km di distanza) siamo rimasti colpiti dalla vasta scelta di materassi e dai prezzi.... soprattutto, dalla proprietaria, Mariangela.....se non uscivamo ci vendeva tutto l'arredamento....oggi è arrivato il materasso a casa nostra nelle Marche, Ascoli Piceno, servizio velocissimo....il prodotto perfetto come visto e acquistato a Bolzano..... We were in Bolzano for a few days of vacation and we happened upon this mattress shop (we had to change the mattress) but we had entered just to see (we live 600km away) we were impressed by the wide choice of mattresses and the prices .... above all, from the owner, Mariangela ..... if we didn't go out she would sell us all the furniture .... today the mattress arrived at our house in the Marche, Ascoli Piceno, very fast service .... the perfect product as seen and purchased in Bolzano .....
