A	Albi Albi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono veramente da denuncia! Continui sbalzi di tensione nella mia zona con frequenti interruzioni di corrente, sono due anni ormai che ci combatto tramite PEC. Fate attenzione perché, almeno nel mio caso, il contatore rileva anche dei consumi fittizi, specialmente quando il quadro elettrico di casa è spento! Fate questa prova, spegnete il quadro elettrico generale della vostra casa e verificate se il vostro contatore continua a segnalare dei consumi.

Al contrario dei suoi 3-4 colleghi impazienti ed incompetenti. Questo operatore merita il grado di Team Leader. I want to clarify that I put 5 stars ONLY after talking with operator 226 (Maurizio) who showed himself to be extremely competent as well as kindness and enviable empathy. Unlike his 3-4 impatient and incompetent colleagues. This operator deserves the rank of Team Leader.
g	giorgia giorgi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 10 giorni che chiamo TUTTI i giorni per avere un allaccio della luce. Il tecnico si è presentato 3 volte senza avvertire ed io naturalmente non c'ero. Dovrei, secondo loro, chiedere una settimana di ferie, trasferirmi lì, al buio e al freddo visto che la casa non è ancora agibile e aspettare (e sperare) che torni.....Inutile dire che al callcenter rispondono tipo "robot" , frasi fatte, e nessuna soluzione al problema I have been calling EVERY day for 10 days to get a light connection. The technician showed up 3 times without warning and of course I was not there. According to them, I should ask for a week off, move there, in the dark and cold since the house is not yet accessible and wait (and hope) for him to come back ..... s	sammy bi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per un subentro, ci hanno dato un appuntamento dopo un mese, ma non si sono presentati, dichiarando che non c'eravamo. Non hanno nessun controllo sul lavoro, possono andare ovunque e dichiarare il falso, nessuno controlla cosa facciano. Abbiamo mandato 8 pec di reclamo, nessuna risposta. Hanno addirittura dichiarato che l'appuntamento non c'era. Al call center, la maggior parte di loro non sa fare il suo lavoro, non capiscono ciò che gli dici e ti rispondono che non possono farti nulla Called for a takeover, they gave us an appointment after a month, but didn't show up, declaring that we weren't there. Mi ha risposto sempre un operatore che in maniera assolutamente scorbutica mi ha preso a parolacce e mi ha attaccato il telefono. Mai visto niente di simile, 12 ore senza corrente (entrambe le volte) e pure preso a parolacce dall'operatore che in teoria sarebbe pagato per aiutare. Inoltre sono 3 anni che aspetto la sostituzione di un contatore, mettono gli avvisi ma non si presenta mai nessuno. Mi auguro che questa società possa fallire il più presto possibile, indecente e incedenti anche coloro che ci lavorano. V	Valeria Geracitano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno lasciato 7 ore senza corrente perché il tecnico nel cambio contatore non ha collegato un filo, dopo ripetute chiamate mi hanno detto con arroganza che il problema era il mio e che dovevo contattare un'elettricista a mie spese alla fine sono arrivati e anche stavolta il nuovo tecnico con molta arroganza mi ha ribadito che avrei dovuto chiamare un'elettricista che il cavo che non avevano collegato (loro) non era di loro competenza. Che delusione. Dopo diversi appuntamenti dove non si sono presentati o che hanno cambiato fascia oraria all'appuntamento senza comunicarlo sono ancora in attesa di un loro intervento... Spero proprio che questa società chiuda lasciando il posto ad un altra più seria e che abbia voglia di lavorare.
