Avevo più di 20 persone davanti, convinta che avrei chiuso il centro insieme al personale, in 1 h ho fatto. Anamnesi accurata, Ottimo anche il monitoraggio post iniezione, con timer personalizzato e anonimo. Professionisti attenti e disponibili. Cosí si fa! Bravi. Well organized hub. C	Carla Peroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto qui le prime due dosi, entrambe AZ, e ho trovato un'organizzazione perfetta, con assistenti sparsi ovunque che sapevano indicarti dove andare, cosa fare. Medici scrupolosi e disponibili a rispondere a ogni domanda. In entrambe le somministrazioni (aprile e luglio)ho fatto tutto nei tempi e senza alcun problema. Alla prima dose ho anche ricevuto in regalo un kit zainetto,tshirt e braccialetti in gomma #iomivaccino. I took the first two doses here, both AZ, and I found a perfect organization, with assistants scattered all over the place who knew where to go, what to do. Sembra un hub di quelli che erano destinati a chiudere quest estate e poi mantenuto aperto in seguito agli ultimi sviluppi. Al check point non hanno il lettore del Cod. Fisc. e si devono inserire tutto a mano. La chiamata per numero all' anamnesi la fà una povera crista numero per numero che fa la spola con i box anziché un display a parete che manda direttamente al primo box libero. Risultato: ci sono vari addetti infermieri occupati a fare cose futili o facilmente sostituibili da un display e un po' di strumentazione, e poi alla vaccinazione 2 box operativi e altri 10/15 senza personale. Nulla da dire sul personale che lavora senza sosta compresi gli eroi all' entrata, qualcosa invece andrebbe rivisto sul discorso prenotazioni perché nonostante si cerchi di scaricare sulla regione è l hub che apre le disponibilità e qualcosa non ha funzionato... Nelle ultime 24 ore ho ricevuto tante, troppe telefonate da un numero sconosciuto. Anche tre all ora. Un paio di volte ho risposto, ma nessuno rispondeva. Alla fine ho mandato a quel paese, essendo fortemente disturbato dall insistenza, essendo anche il mio numero privato. Quando sono arrivato lì, un infermiere si è sentito in diritto di urlarmi contro, dicendo fosse lui a chiamarmi dal giorno prima. È indecente. Io non so nemmeno come si chiami questa persona, e questa persona aveva tutti i miei dati: dal nome, alla residenza, ad ogni medicina che assumo. Ed io non so nemmeno il suo nome per poter riferire la questione. Non esiste che io venga tartassato sul mio cellulare privato per 24h, senza che nessuno si identifichi mai all altro capo, e quando mi presento mi trovi davanti una persona a pochi cm dalla faccia ad urlarmi contro per svariati minuti. Ho vergogna all idea di essere stato trattato così, anche perché nessuno del personale ha pensato di fermare il loro collega, di scusarsi o semplicemente chiudere la questione. Mi sono recata all'Hub il 19 gennaio per la terza dose vaccinale, un po' spaventata per le recensioni negative che avevo letto (anche se, leggendole bene, si riferivano tutte ad una particolare giornata in cui evidentemente qualcosa non aveva funzionato bene). In 50 minuti sono entrata e uscita, compresi i 30 minuti di attesa post vaccino. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, veloce e preparato. La dottoressa che mi ha fatto l'iniezione è stata delicatissima, veramente brava. Complimenti a tutti Great experience! Ritengo che le foto parlino più di tante parole... Solo per dire che abbiamo terminato il tutto alle 16.45. La colpa pare essere della Regione Lazio che aveva prenotato 80 persone ogni 10 minuti (dal sentito dire in loco). Encomiabili gli addetti alla vigilanza, lasciati in balia a se stessi (COSMOPOL ect.) e il Dr. Gianni De Matteis che si sgolava in continuazione. All'interno sanitari e parasanitari meravigliosi. Un ringraziamento al Dr. Fabio Picchiarelli Angelo fra gli Angeli. In conclusione: Organizzazione semplicemente scandalosa tanto di vergognarmi di essere italiano. E poi dicono che siamo L'Africa dell'Europa... DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. Oggi abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio per sopperire alla gravissima mancanza della struttura di via casale de merode ASL ROMA C presso cui avevamo una prenotazione fissata per le ore 8:40, ma la struttura è risultata chiusa lasciando molte persone nella nostra medesima situazione . Difficile comprendere che cosa sia avvenuto, comunque la struttura ACEA ha risolto il problema egregiamente e senza la minima attesa.
