★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa struttura, pensiamo già a quando ritornarci. Accoglienza cordiale dei proprietari. Appartamento al secondo piano con vista piscina, soggiorno e camere pulite, bagno idem. Il check in era nel pomeriggio, ma la Signora ci ha agevolato facendoci trovare l’appartamento pronto per l’ora di pranzo (cosa che abbiamo gradito moltissimo vista la nostra lontananza da San Benedetto, sinceramente è la prima volta che ci capita una persona che sia venuta così incontro alle nostre esigenze). Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal mare e dal lungomare. Il centro è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Che dire, la piscina è stupenda con lettini a disposizione nel solarium per un completo relax. In appartamento è possibile cenare anche all'aperto in balcone (c’erano 2 balconcini sulle camere ed uno spazioso nella zona giorno con tavolo e sedie). Utilissima la lavatrice in appartamento che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.
 We spent a week in this hotel, we are already thinking about when to come back. Friendly reception by the owners. Second floor apartment with pool view, living room and clean rooms, same bathroom. The check-in was in the afternoon, but the Lady made it easier for us to find the apartment ready for lunch (which we very much appreciated seeing our distance from San Benedetto, frankly it is the first time that a person happens to us has thus come to meet our needs). Great location, just steps from the sea and the waterfront. The center is easily reached on foot. What to say, the pool is beautiful with sun beds available in the solarium for complete relaxation. In the apartment you can also dine outdoors on the balcony (there were 2 balconies on the rooms and a spacious one in the living area with table and chairs). Very useful the washing machine in the apartment that we appreciated very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo residence una settimana in compagnia di mia moglie e mio figlio e devo dire che sono rimasto molto sorpreso dalla qualità della struttura e dalla gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari. Siamo andati sempre in hotel ma quest’estate abbiamo provato la soluzione appartamento, una scelta fatta per avere maggiore indipendenza con gli orari. Dell'appartamento devo dire che l'eleganza ed il comfort sono i punti chiave. Ottimi arredi, ambienti ampi, ben accessoriata la cucina ed ampio balcone dove spesso abbiamo cenato. Bella la piscina ed il solarium; mia moglie ha usufruito della beauty e si è trovata benissimo grazie anche alla professionalità dell’estetista Sabrina.
Bella la zona spiaggia e molto spaziosa
I stayed in this residence for a week in the company of my wife and son and I must say that I was very surprised by the quality of the structure and the kindness and courtesy of the owners. We always went to the hotel but this summer we tried the apartment solution, a choice made to have more independence with the times. In the apartment I must say that elegance and comfort are the key points. Excellent furnishings, large rooms, well-equipped kitchen and large balcony where we often had dinner. Beautiful swimming pool and solarium; my wife took advantage of the beauty and found herself very well thanks also to the professionalism of the beautician Sabrina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Residence si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. L’appartamento è accogliente, molto spazioso con arredamento moderno. I proprietari molto cordiali e sempre disponibili. La piscina è molto spaziosa. E' una vera "Oasi del relax"
The Residence is located a few meters from the beach. The apartment is cozy, very spacious with modern furniture. Owners very friendly and always available. The pool is very spacious. It is a true "Oasis of relaxation"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura ha pochi anni di vita ed è tenuta alla perfezione, si trova veramente a 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento bilocale molto spazioso, consegnato in orario come da accordi, all'interno era tutto in ordine e pulito. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort ed ha un design piacevole e moderno. All’ultimo piano dell’edificio è situato un centro benessere fornito di idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, doccia emozionale nel quale abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto spa + massaggio di coppia.
La grande piscina all’aperto ha un’acqua cristallina e nonostante il mese di Giugno siamo stati bene perché la temperatura dell’acqua era gradevole. A completare il tutto abbiamo trovato sia al piano terra che in terrazza due ampi solarium
The property has a few years of life and is kept to perfection, it is really located 50 meters from the beach. We stayed in a very spacious two-room apartment, delivered on time as agreed, everything was tidy and clean inside. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and has a pleasant and modern design. On the top floor of the building there is a wellness center equipped with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower in which we purchased a spa package + couple's massage.
The large outdoor pool has crystal clear water and despite the month of June we had a good time because the water temperature was pleasant. To complete it, we found two large solariums on the ground floor and on the terrace

Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Absolut super von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied. Wir waren die letzte Augustwoche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern(8+13 Jahre). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nah am Strand. Alles gepflegt und sehr sauber. Aufzug von der Tiefgarage zu den Etagen. Geräumige Schlafzimmer mit liebevollen Details. Schöner Pool.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Absolutely great from the welcome to farewell. We were the last week of August with 2 adults and 2 children (8 + 13 years). We liked it very much. Very close to the beach. Everything maintained and very clean. Elevator from the underground car park to the floors. Spacious bedroom with lovely details. Nice pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire.. Residence meraviglioso! Proprietari gentilissimi, discreti e simpatici. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo. Appartamento molto comodo e molto pratico oltre che arredato in maniera molto accogliente con un terrazzo enorme che ci siamo goduti al massimo. La piscina è la vera chicca del residence: grande e organizzata anche per i più piccoli visto ke due aree con acqua bassa. Infine ma non per minore importanza ho trovato una pulizia e un'igiene che è difficile vedere in altri posti sia in appartamento che in piscina. Sicuramente da tornare. Oltretutto con dei prezzi onestissimi. Davvero i nostri più sinceri complimenti alla sig. Ra Mariella e famiglia.
What can I say .. Wonderful residence! Owners very kind, discreet and nice. My family and I had a great time. Apartment very comfortable and very practical well it furnished in a very cozy with a huge terrace that we enjoyed to the fullest. The pool is the real gem of the residence: large and well organized for the little seen ke two areas with shallow water. Last but not less important, I found a cleaning and hygiene which is difficult to see in other places both in the apartment and in the pool. Definitely to come back. Moreover with very honest prices. Really our most sincere congratulations to mr. Ra Mariella and family.

Il residence si merita assolutamente 5 stelle, i proprietari persone affabili, la signora Mariella gestisce il tutto con vera passione, si vede già entrando dal cancelletto del residence. Tutto perfettamente pulito e funzionale, ho trascorso una serena vacanza in famiglia. La posizione è ottima, il residence è disposto in modo tale da mantenere riservatezza in ogni locale. Sono tornata oggi mi è rimasto un bellissimo ricordo. Lo consiglio vivamente ( pure le mie figlie entusiaste! La torta di mele buonissima!!!). Grazie!
I state that I rarely leave reviews. . .in this case I could not do without !! The residence absolutely deserves 5 stars, the owners friendly people, Mrs. Mariella manages everything with real passion, you can see it already entering the residence gate. All perfectly clean and functional, I spent a peaceful family vacation. The location is excellent, the residence is arranged in such a way as to maintain privacy in every room. I came back today and I have a wonderful memory left. I highly recommend it (my enthusiastic daughters too! Delicious apple pie !!!). Thank you!
