V	Valentina Murari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in un trilocale e l'appartamento ci è piaciuto tantissimo. Spazioso, ben tenuto, pulito, con mobilio e dotazioni di qualità. Anche le parti comuni impeccabili e comodissimo il parcheggio privato coperto. Come posizione è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro commerciale dove poter fare la spesa. Nei dintorni ci sono anche altri piccoli negozietti per piccoli acquisti . Molto gentile e disponibile lo staff, sia Romolo che Giusy. Dovendo trovare qualche criticità direi: - il quartiere dove si trova non è il massimo e alla sera se non ci si sposta in bicicletta o automobile verso i centri più grossi la zona offre poco - non ho gradito molto il lettino culla e come è stato preparato, con lenzuolo da letto singolo piegato a metà che doveva fungere da lenzuolo sotto e sopra, ma purtroppo non rimaneva sistemato e spesso trovavo il bimbo dormire sul materassino alonato. Consiglio di portarsi delle lenzuola da lettino eventualmente. - vicinanza alla ferrovia, ma se siete amanti dell'aria condizionata con le finestre chiuse non da fastidio il rumore dei treni We stayed a week in a three-room apartment and we loved the apartment. Spacious, well maintained, clean, with quality furnishings and amenities. Even the common areas are impeccable and the private covered parking is very convenient. As a location it is 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shopping center where you can do your shopping. In the surroundings there are also other small shops for small purchases. The staff, both Romolo and Giusy, were very kind and helpful. Having to find some critical issues I would say: - the neighborhood where it is located is not the best and in the evening if you do not travel by bicycle or car to the larger centers the area offers little - I did not like the crib bed very much and how it was prepared, with a single bed sheet folded in half which was to act as a sheet under and above, but unfortunately it did not stay put and I often found the baby sleeping on the haloed mattress. I recommend to bring some bed sheets if necessary. - proximity to the railway, but if you love air conditioning with the windows closed, the noise of the trains does not bother you

Appartamento molto luminoso e ben diviso (zona notte/zona giorno). Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la pulizia, il wifi efficiente e il posto auto nel garage interrato. Centro commerciale vicinissimo, si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. Speriamo di ritornare ? New residence, well furnished and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Very bright and well divided apartment (sleeping area / living area). We especially appreciated the cleanliness, the efficient wifi and the parking space in the underground garage. Shopping center very close, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. We hope to return ?

L'accoglienza è stata ottima, così come i servizi offerti. Comodi l'ascensore e l'ingresso con la tessera (sia in appartamento che in garage). Pulizia impeccabile sia dell'appartamento che della struttura intera. Godibilissimo l'ampio terrazzo dell'appartamento dove abbiamo fatto colazione-pranzo-cena tutti i giorni (anche quando ha piovuto!) e dal quale abbiamo potuto apprezzare sia la vista del mare che quella del tramonto (a fine luglio). Appartamento molto luminoso con arredamento minimal e funzionale. Il passaggio della ferrovia a poca distanza dallo stabile non costituisce problema, in quanto l'insonorizzazione dell'appartamento è ottima. In 5 minuti si arriva al mare (ottima la convenzione con lo stabilimento balneare Nordest) e si hanno a stretto giro tutti i servizi disponibili (ristoranti, farmacia, centro commerciale, tabaccaio e molti altri). The building is modern and aesthetically very nice. The staff are courteous, helpful and always smiling. The welcome was excellent, as were the services offered. Convenient lift and entry with the card (both in the apartment and in the garage). Impeccable cleaning of both the apartment and the entire structure. Enjoyable the large terrace of the apartment where we had breakfast-lunch-dinner every day (even when it rained!) And from which we could appreciate both the view of the sea and that of the sunset (at the end of July). Very bright apartment with minimal and functional furniture. The passage of the railway a short distance from the building is not a problem, as the soundproofing of the apartment is excellent. In 5 minutes you arrive at the sea (excellent agreement with the Northeast beach establishment) and you have all the services available (restaurants, pharmacy, shopping center, tobacconist and many others).

Appartamento luminoso e altrettanto pulito con tutto il necessario, lavatrice, terrazzino molto spazioso compreso di tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare fuori, cucina super attrezzata e moderna. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia e un centro commerciale con svariati negozi tra cui un supermercato e un bar/tabaccheria. Molto gradito il posto auto coperto. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, siamo stati felicissimi di poter rimanere qualche giorno in più. Consigliatissimo!! Beautiful, new and very clean facility. Bright and equally clean apartment with everything you need, washing machine, very spacious terrace including table and chairs for eating out, super-equipped and modern kitchen. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach and a shopping center with various shops including a supermarket and a bar / tobacconist. The covered parking space is very welcome. Staff very kind and always available, we were delighted to be able to stay a few more days. Highly recommended !!
g	gasparina lo curto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questo residence una settimana a settembre appartamento nuovissimo arredato con tutte le comodità , utensili , stendino , lavatrice , una bellissima veranda attrezzata con tavolo e sedie , se si sceglie vista mare merita . Pulizia impeccabile . Con annesso garage e coperto che porta direttamente al piano , si trova in una zona molto servita e attraversando la strada si arriva direttamente sul lungomare dove ci sono i lidi attrezzati . Il personale che ha fatto il check-in gentile e disponibile . Grazie per la bella vacanza . Super consigliato .Una vista fantastica dalla veranda. I stayed in this residence a week in September, brand new apartment furnished with all the comforts, utensils, drying rack, washing machine, a beautiful veranda equipped with table and chairs, if you choose a sea view it deserves. Impeccable cleaning. With attached garage and covered area that leads directly to the floor, it is located in a well-served area and crossing the road you arrive directly on the seafront where there are equipped beaches. The staff who checked in were polite and helpful. Thanks for a nice vacation. Super recommended. A great view from the veranda.
