D	Dario Olivotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato i primi 15gg di giugno 2021 in un bilocale con due balconi dove in ognuno si può mangiare comodamente in quattro persone. Non possiamo che dire bene della struttura. Ambiente accogliente, ben curato e pulito. La proprietaria, signora Claudia, sempre gentile e disponibile. Anche la disponibilità di suo papà è stata famigliare. Ci ha deliziato di un abbondante assaggio di ciliegie del suo giardino. Buonissime. La posizione è buona. Vicinissima alla spiaggia. La consigliamo. We stayed the first 15 days of June 2021 in a two-room apartment with two balconies where four people can eat comfortably in each one. We can only say good about the structure. Cozy, well-kept and clean environment. The owner, Mrs. Claudia, always kind and helpful. His dad's availability was also familiar. He delighted us with a hearty taste of cherries from his garden. Very good. The location is good. Very close to the beach. We recommend it.

Da confermare la super accoglienza della signora Claudia. Non mancheremo di consigliare questa location a chi vuole passare un soggiorno in questa località marina delle Marche. La titolare è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile We have been coming here for years to spend our late summer holidays. The facility is clean, comfortable and well furnished; near the sea. È stata una meravigliosa scoperta a partire dalla pulizia impeccabile, dal personale super gentile e disponibile , la posizione vicinissima al mare e alla spiaggia convenzionata. È possibile disporre del loro parcheggio coperto (previa prenotazione), della piscina esterna, del noleggio biciclette e molto altro. Gli appartamenti sono completi di cucina, aria condizionata e tavoli per mangiare sia all interno che all'esterno. Sicuramente è un posto che consigliamo e in cui saremmo Contentissimi di tornare . I stayed with my partner in this residence in the week 7-14 August. It was a wonderful discovery starting from the impeccable cleanliness, the super friendly and helpful staff, the location very close to the sea and the affiliated beach. It is possible to have their covered parking (by reservation), the outdoor swimming pool, bicycle rental and much more. The apartments are complete with kitchen, air conditioning and tables for both indoor and outdoor dining. Surely it is a place that we recommend and to which we would be delighted to return.

La gentilezza della proprietaria aggiunta alla cura ed ai molti comfort ne fanno un vero e proprio luogo di relax dove trascorrere le vacanze. Gli appartamenti sono forniti di tutto il necessario tra cui: aria condizionata, cucina, armadi e casseforti, balcone,ecc.. Nella struttura è possibile accedere alla piscina, parcheggio coperto e vi è la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette in modo da poter andare a visitare i vicini paesi di Grottammare e San Benedetto del Tronto. Dista pochi metri dal mare ed hanno un bagno convenzionato nel quale sarà possibile avere uno sconto su consumazioni al ristorante e prenotare dei lettini con ombrellone. Abbiamo passato un'ottima vacanza di relax e visita ai vari borghi. Veramente consigliato. Truly exceptional residence. The kindness of the owner added to the care and the many comforts make it a real place of relaxation where to spend the holidays. The apartments are equipped with everything you need including: air conditioning, kitchen, wardrobes and safes, balcony, etc. In the structure you can access the swimming pool, covered parking and there is the possibility to rent bicycles so you can go and visit the nearby towns of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto. It is located a few meters from the sea and has a partner bathroom where it will be possible to have a discount on food at the restaurant and book sunbeds with umbrellas. We spent a great relaxing holiday and visit the various villages. Really recommended.
v	veronika szepesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costa Smeralda is a very peaceful. The apartment is clean, tidy and fresh and their breakfast is very delicious. The coffee is not like most places in that they freshly ground the beans and serve you something that has never been prepackaged. Near the hotel, there is a big supermarket where you can find everything. It is close to the beach and several little restaurants that serve delicious food, like pasta, pizza, crayfish and shellfish. Claudia, the owner was lovely, and friendly. There was a swimming pool and sun beds that I really loved, too. The hotel is very close to everything, and Grottammare is very close to San Benedetto, in case you want to do some proper shopping.
