★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo stati 2 volte in anni diversi. Uno dei pochi a cui si fa sempre riferimento per alta qualità prezzo spiaggia e mare. Per tutte è due le volte alla altezza di ogni aspettativa. Veramente bello accogliente adatto per bambini e famiglie. Gli appartamenti sono veramente ben curati moderni e di alte rifiniture. Il top a grottammare fra i residence. Bellissime vacanze..
 We stayed there two times in different years. One of the few that is always referred to for its high quality beach and sea price. For all it is twice the height of every expectation. Really nice welcoming suitable for children and families. The apartments are really well kept modern and of high finish. The top to grottammare among the residences. Beautiful holidays ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpísimo y desinfectado. Apartamento bien equipado y amplio en primera línea de playa con gran terraza. Tiene una piscina grande no muy profunda (1,40) y otra para niños. Recomendable 100%.
Very clean and disinfected. Well equipped and spacious apartment on the beachfront with a large terrace. It has a large, shallow pool (1.40) and another for children. 100% recommendable.

Consente l'accesso diretto e gratuito a piscina in convenzione. Ogni appartamento é dotato di lavatrice e area condizionata. Disponibilità di ristorante adiacente per menù di asporto. Massima disponibilità.
Excellent value for money compared to the services offered. Sea front. The structure is very clean both as regards the common parts and the individual apartments. Allows direct and free access to the swimming pool under agreement. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. Availability of adjacent restaurant for take-away menus. Maximum availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo appena rientrati dopo una settimana trascorsa in questo residence...siamo stati qui con le 2 nostre pelosette....Siamo stati veramente bene....appartamento pulito e ben fornito. La posizione è davvero comoda ..sul lungomare...attraversi la strada e sei praticamente in spiaggia...Il personale sempre disponibile ad aiutare e rispondere alle domande ed esigenze del proprio ospite..sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra...un grazie speciale alla Signora Raffaella...
We have just returned after a week in this residence ... we stayed here with our 2 furry girls .... We had a really good time .... clean and well-stocked apartment. The location is really convenient ... on the promenade ... you cross the road and you are practically on the beach ... The staff always available to help and answer the questions and needs of their guests ... special thanks to Mrs. Raffaella ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati 2 settimane (ho famiglia con due bimbi 5 e 1 anno): tutto eccellente, dalla pulizia agli spazi esterni (piscina davvero bella e comoda quando in spiaggia tira vento), personale gentilissimo.
Punto di attenzione: se soffrite il caldo consiglio il lato destro guardando il residence. Io ero piano terra a sinistra, i panni asciugavano in 5 minuti ma a pranzo si soffriva un po nonostante la tenda
We stayed 2 weeks (I have a family with two children 5 and 1 year old): everything excellent, from the cleanliness to the outdoor spaces (really nice and comfortable pool when the wind is blowing on the beach), very kind staff.
Point of attention: if you suffer from the heat I recommend the right side looking at the residence. I was on the ground floor on the left, the clothes dried in 5 minutes but at lunch we suffered a bit despite the tent
