E	Ester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata una settimana a settembre nella formula residence. Assolutamente consigliato, camera pulitissima, spazi ampi. Bagno super funzionale con la doccia. Ho scelto la vista mare, con un balcone grande con tavolino dove si può mangiare e stendibiancheria. Ottima colazione per soli 4€ a persona, scelta di dolce e salato, con cappuccino e caffè fatti al momento. Alessandro super disponibile e accogliente. Fatevi consigliare i ristoranti della zona. Il residence offre anche la piscina all'aperto e al chiuso (riscaldata) ottimo per rilassarsi alla sera! Spiaggia a due minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo anche per famiglie con i bambini! Spero di ritornarci presto! I stayed a week in September in the residence formula. Absolutely recommended, very clean room, large spaces. Super functional bathroom with shower. I chose the sea view, with a large balcony with a table where you can eat and clothesline. Excellent breakfast for just € 4 per person, choice of sweet and savory, with cappuccino and coffee made at the time. Alessandro super helpful and welcoming. Let us recommend the restaurants in the area. The residence also offers an outdoor and indoor (heated) pool, great for relaxing in the evening! Beach at two minutes on foot. Highly recommended even for families with children! I hope to return there soon!

Proprietari molto gentili sicuramente ci ritorneremo... I gave 5 stars because I found myself very well due to the fact that it was very clean with a nearby beach and supermarkets close at hand for a relaxing holiday .. Very nice owners will definitely be back ...

Frühstück war sehr gut mit frischem leckerem Obstsalat und auch koffeinfreiem Cappuccino. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf das traumhafte Meer. Fahrradverleih, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grüße an die Familie Subrini Family run beautiful residence. Very friendly and helpful, very clean accommodation close to the beach. Breakfast was very good with fresh delicious fruit salad and also decaffeinated cappuccino. We had an apartment with a wonderful view of the fantastic sea. Bicycle rental, washing machine is available. Thank you for the wonderful vacation and stay. We would love to come back. Appartamento molto bello e funzionale per una famiglia con bimbi Piscina grande e sempre pulita. Ci torneremo l anno prossimo! Wonderful residence a stone's throw from the sea of Grottammare.
