Zona tranquilla con tutti i servizi necessari (supermercato, caffetterie, giornalaio etc..) Brand new apartments in a really good position to reach both the sea and the center of San Benedetto (both on 5/7 minutes on foot). Quiet area with all the necessary services (supermarket, cafeterias, newsagent, etc.)

A 5 minuti dal mare a piedi e a 10 dal centro,bar ristoranti supermercato farmacia nel raggio di 100 metri. E per completare ,l'accoglienza e la cordialità della signora Paola e la sua famiglia.Bella settimana ANDATECI!! My family and I stayed for a week in August in the Vela apartment ... WHAT A SHOW !! All new clean and quality. 5 minutes from the sea on foot and 10 from the center, supermarket pharmacy restaurants bars within 100 meters. And to complete, the welcome and friendliness of Mrs. Paola and her family.
A	Alberto Girotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mare and more si compone di 3 bilocali nuovi siti in viale Alcide de Gasperi a circa 5 minuti dalla spiaggia (all'altezza dei bagni Medusa), a 2 minuti dal supermercato di media dimensione "Tigre" ed a 10 minuti dalla zona centrale / zona pedonale del centro di San Benedetto del Tronto. L'appartamento è arredato con mobili recenti e con tutti gli elettrodomestici compreso lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Molto gentile ed ospitale la Sig.ra Paola che ci ha regalato dei dolcetti di benvenuto e ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino come Arrivederci. Consigliato!! Sea and more consists of 3 apartments in Viale Alcide de Gasperi new sites about 5 minutes from the beach (near the bathrooms Medusa), 2 minutes from the medium-sized supermarket "Tiger" and 10 minutes from the main / area zone pedestrian in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto. The apartment is furnished with newer furniture and all appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. Very kind and hospitable Mrs. Paola who gave us the welcome treats and gave us a bottle of wine as Goodbye. Recommended!!
