Pulizia ottima, bella piscina, spiaggia tranquilla, personale disponibile e cordiale. In spiaggia è situato il ristorantino del residence "ELICA BEACH", che serve pasti buoni ed abbondanti a pranzo, mentre alla mattina colazioni varie. Durante tutta la giornata il bar è comunque aperto per tutti i i villeggianti. Il bagnino sempre disponibile. In conclusione Grottammare è un ottimo paese ed il residence è un ottima struttura da cui godersela. One year after the first review and after 4 years of stay in this establishment. Excellent cleanliness, nice pool, quiet beach, helpful and friendly staff. On the beach there is the restaurant of the residence "ELICA BEACH", which serves good and abundant meals for lunch, while in the morning various breakfasts. Throughout the day the bar is still open for all vacationers. The lifeguard always available. In conclusion, Grottammare is a great town and the residence is an excellent structure from which to enjoy it.

Ottima anche la spiaggia e il ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato più volte e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti. Grazie del soggiorno a tutto lo staff! Excellent residence .. Well maintained, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday .. Also excellent is the beach and the restaurant where we ate several times and have always been satisfied. Thanks for your stay to all the staff!
L	Lorenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti a Cristina. Ottima consigliera sui luoghi e specialità culinarie da provare oltre ad essere gentilissima e sempre solare. Simpatica e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella struttura. Pulita. Ben insonorizzata nonostante il treno passi molto spesso. (un po' troppo spesso) Comoda rispetto al mare. Piano cottura ad induzione (comodissimo) e Ben attrezzata anche nelle stoviglie anche se consiglio il cavatappi per bottiglie di vino. In spiaggia a parte il chiosco ben organizzato con personale molto gentile (pietanze ottime) non ci sono attività ricreative ne per bambini ne per adulti. Bensì spazi riservati ad un altro residence. Comunque consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla con la famiglia. Congratulations to Cristina. Excellent adviser on places and culinary specialties to try as well as being very kind and always sunny. Nice and always available. We found ourselves very well in the structure. Clean. Well soundproofed even though the train passes very often. (a little too often) Convenient to the sea. Induction hob (very comfortable) and Well equipped even in the crockery even if I recommend the corkscrew for wine bottles. On the beach, apart from the well-organized kiosk with very friendly staff (excellent dishes) there are no recreational activities for children or adults. But spaces reserved for another residence. However recommended for a quiet family holiday.

La piscina è la punta di diamante! Situato in una zona tranquilla di Grottammare il residence gode di tutte le comodità. In più è disponibile una spiaggia privata a 2 minuti a piedi Wonderful residence. Very comfortable and really exquisite staff. The holiday here is guaranteed. The structure is well organized and very beautiful. The swimming pool is the spearhead! Located in a quiet area of Grottammare, the residence enjoys all the comforts. In addition, a private beach is available 2 minutes away on foot

Personale assolutamente disorganizzato, lavatrice al piano guasta perennemente! Ombrelloni in spiaggia con i ganci appendi borsa rotti !!!! But what 4 stars !!! Poor value for money, super noisy rooms between roads and trains !!! Absolutely disorganized staff, washing machine on the floor permanently out of order! Umbrellas on the beach with broken bag hangers !!!!

Colazione con brioches fresche e confezionate, vari tipi di torta, frutta fresca, yogurt, cereali, e anche un po' di salato. Dina è sempre cordiale, così come Arianna sempre col sorriso. Disponibili a "fermarsi" per scambiare quattro chiacchiere. Beachfront residence. Apartments and rooms all with balcony with table, chairs and drying rack. The beach is within walking distance. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast with fresh and packaged brioches, various types of cake, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and even a little salty. Dina is always friendly, as is Arianna always with a smile. Available to "stop" to chat.

Essere stati nella reception dalle 8.00 del mattino fino alle 16.30 senza appartamento , vedere gli altri arrivare ed avere già l'appartamento pronto. Un appartamento deve avere un congelatore anche piccolo, ma deve esserci. La spiaggia, per 4 volte ho trovato il nostro ombrellone occupato e i rispettivi lettini e non c'era almeno una cabina per cambiarsi. Per il resto tutto ok, anche se il materasso matrimoniale (in realtà sono due ad una piazza)risulta scomodo e duro. Ci sarebbe altro da dire. Sinceramente non ci torneremo mai più. Pulizia impeccabile da 5 stelle I give 2 stars for three reasons. Having been in the reception from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm without an apartment, seeing others arrive and having the apartment ready. An apartment must have a freezer, even a small one, but it must be there. The beach, for 4 times I found our umbrella and the respective sunbeds occupied and there was not at least one cabin to change. For the rest everything is ok, even if the double mattress (in reality they are two to a square) is uncomfortable and hard. There is more to say. Honestly we will never go back. 5 star impeccable cleanliness

Il Residence è nuovo, ben curato, pulitissimo in tutte le sue parti. Ogni volta che esci di casa senti un buonissimo profumo di pulito. Il personale addetto alle pulizie è molto scrupoloso ed efficiente. L’appartamento è ben curato e fornito di tutto. La piscina è splendida e il servizio spiaggia è vicino e ben attrezzato. Vicinissima anche la pista ciclabile. Il mare bandiera blu! Che dire del personale? FANTASTICI!!! Siamo arrivati di sera tardi e Domenico ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza, sempre disponibile e simpatico. Le ragazze della reception sono semplicemente meravigliose, disponibili e hanno fatto dell’ospitalità un’opera d’arte! Consiglio a tutti di provarlo, è perfetto per coppie, amici e famiglie. Il Residence Ada è il posto giusto per vacanze perfette. Residence Ada is the perfect place if you want to spend a holiday as pampered as in a hotel but free as in an apartment. The Residence is new, well maintained, very clean in all its parts. Every time you leave the house you smell a very good scent of cleanliness. The cleaning staff are very attentive and efficient. The apartment is well cared for and equipped with everything. The pool is gorgeous and the beach service is close and well equipped. The cycle path is also very close. The blue flag sea! What about the staff? FANTASTIC !!! We arrived late in the evening and Domenico greeted us with extreme kindness, always helpful and friendly. The reception girls are simply wonderful, helpful and have made hospitality a work of art! I recommend everyone to try it, it is perfect for couples, friends and families. Residence Ada is the right place for perfect holidays.
