F	Fabio Marzana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto confortevole, pulito,personale molto disponibile, e gentile. Mancano Canepacci e tovaglia e potrebbe essere una cosa in più che lo rende al top. C è un garage, clima in ogni camera. Very comfortable, clean, very helpful, and kind staff. Canepacci and tablecloth are missing and it could be one more thing that makes it at the top. There is a garage, climate in each room.

Buona la posizione La pulizia è compreso anche il servizio spiaggia basta attraversare proprio di fronte. Il nostro appartamento era completo di tutto anche di grazioso balconcino vista mare. Molto molto cortese anche la signorina Mariapaola alla reception che ha sempre soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste sicuramente lo consiglio We were guests for a couple of days as the hotel that was waiting for us had no more room and made us stay in this residence. Good location Cleaning is included even the beach service just cross right in front. Our apartment was complete with everything including a lovely sea-view balcony. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la ragazza ci ha spiegato il funzionamento di tutte le apparecchiature dell’appartamento e giada accolto con cordialità e sorriso. La posizione molto centrale ci ha permesso di visitare alba Adriatica in tranquillità. Nel costo che abbiamo sostenuto era incluso anche il servizio spiaggia con ombrellone proprio di fronte al nostro appartamento. Buona la pulizia e le dotazioni della biancheria e della posateria. lo consiglio sicuramente. We spent in this residence the two middle weeks of August and we loved it. Upon our arrival the girl welcomed us and explained to us all the apartment's equipment and jade welcomed with cordiality and a smile. The very central location allowed us to visit Alba Adriatica in tranquility. In the cost that we incurred it was also included the beach service of an umbrella just in front of our apartment. Good cleaning and linen and cutlery equipment. I would definitely recommend it.

Very well organized studio with large bathroom. Friendly and welcoming service. The sea at 20 m. With private equipped beach. All perfect.

Iniziando da alba adriatica è proprio una località carina sembra costruita a misura per i nostri gusti , locali la sera , divertimento per i bambini, spiagge curate, insomma tutto quello che uno cerca da un posto di mare . Tornando agli appartamenti (noi ne avevamo 2) li abbiamo trovati sia lo scorso anno che quest' anno molto puliti al nostro arrivo , tutte le stoviglie e pentole ben pulite , anche per esempio i balconi che solitamente vengono trascurati era stati puliti a puntino, idem il bagno . E alla fine vogli ringraziare Roberto che dall' inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno è stato sempre cortese e paziente e ricordargli che no c'è due senza tre. We enjoyed our stay at this residence for the second consecutive year towards the end of July. Starting from alba adriatica, it is really a nice place that seems built to fit our tastes, clubs in the evening, fun for children, well-kept beaches, in short, everything one is looking for from a seaside location. Returning to the apartments (we had 2) we found them both last year and this year very clean upon our arrival, all the dishes and pots very clean, even for example the balconies that are usually neglected had been cleaned to perfection, ditto the bathroom . And in the end I want to thank Roberto who from the beginning to the end of our stay was always courteous and patient and remind him that there is no two without three.

Spiaggia a due passi inclusa nella tariffa e Maurizio è una persona fantastica, x qualsiasi cosa lei c'è, sempre disponibile e solare.... Posto super consigliato I stayed for 14 days in this structure, the apartments are spacious, clean and there is everything you need. Poi gli appartamenti arredati in modo tranquillo e puliti, tutto funzionante e comunque il ragazzo presente sempre disponibile anche per una lampadina fulminata. Spiaggia convenzionata di fronte insomma tutto ok Suggested by friends, we practically went on the safe side. The position above all was decisive for us in the choice. Al nostro arrivo era ben pulito e staff molto gentile . Alba Adriatica è stata una piacevole sorpresa anche di sera ben attrezzata con locali e divertimenti per tutti i gusti. Nulla da ridire nè sulla località turistica nè sulla struttura che ci ha ospitato !
