L	Lorenzo Romagnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornato da una settimana con mia moglie mia figlia di 2 anni e mezzo e mio figlio di 5 mesi. Abbiamo passato 12 giorni stupendi in questa struttura. Appartamento trilocale spazioso, pulito e ben accessoriato. Posizione non proprio centrale ma si raggiunge il centro (a piedi) in poco tempo. Posizione molto tranquilla (quindi adatta per riposarsi nelle ore serali e notturne senza il chiasso del centro). Si ha tutto quello che si può desiderare nelle vicinanze. Spiaggia pulita e ben attrezzata raggiungibile in un paio di minuti. Possibilità di usufruire del posto auto nel garage interno (come abbiamo fatto noi) o di uno esterno a pochi passi. Gestito in modo eccellente. Abbiamo trovato personale qualificato ma soprattutto cordiale. Un abbraccio grande a tutto lo staff. Località ideale per famiglie e bambini con ogni tipo di divertimento senza avere mai il caos come altre località turistiche più conosciute. Se dovessimo pensare di ritornarci ad Alba Adriatica sicuramente il Residence Costa sarà il primo della lista. Saluti a Rivo e Marina ma soprattutto un saluto speciale a Erika e Sara dalla Famiglia Romagnoli di Merano I have been back for a week with my wife my 2 and a half year old daughter and my 5 month old son. We spent 12 wonderful days in this structure. Spacious, clean and well-equipped three-room apartment. Location not really central but you can reach the center (on foot) in a short time. Very quiet location (therefore suitable for resting in the evening and at night without the noise of the center). It has everything you could want close by. Clean and well equipped beach reachable in a couple of minutes. Possibility to use the parking space in the internal garage (as we did) or an external one a few steps away. Excellently managed. We found qualified but above all friendly staff. A big hug to all the staff. Ideal location for families and children with all kinds of fun without ever having the chaos like other better known tourist resorts. If we were to think of returning to Alba Adriatica surely the Costa Residence will be the first on the list. Greetings to Rivo and Marina but above all a special greeting to Erika and Sara from the Romagnoli family of Merano

Spero di tornarci anche questa estate...adoro tutto di questo residence : la cordialità , la disponibilità e il calore familiare, la discrezione e l attenzione mirate a far trascorrere una serena e felice vacanza con la propria famiglia. La vicinanza al mare ,gli intrattenimenti diurni e serali offerti sia per i piccoli che per gli adulti completano e rendono perfetta la vacanza per chi desidera godersi il mare in pieno relax. I stayed with my family for two weeks in the last two years .. I hope to return again this summer too ... I love everything about this condominium friendliness, availability and the familiar warmth, discretion and targeted care to spend a quiet and happy vacation with your family. The proximity to the sea, between the day and evening entertainment on offer for both small and adults complement and make the perfect holiday for those who want to enjoy the sea in complete relaxation.

Abbiamo scelto spesso questa struttura negli ultimi dieci anni e devo dire che ogni volta abbiamo avuto un riscontro positivo in più, segno della continua volontà dei titolari di rinnovarsi e soddisfare le esigenze della clientela. La pulizia e l'ampiezza degli alloggi arredati in stile moderno e funzionale sono indiscutibili. Il panorama offerto dagli appartamenti "vista mare" è fantastico anche grazie all'estrema vicinanza della struttura alle spiagge attrezzate. La cordialità la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale e dei proprietari è stata come sempre deliziosa. I stayed with my family in the four-roomed flat de Luxe south of Residence Costa in the last two weeks of July 2018. We have often chosen this structure in the last ten years and I must say that every time we have had an additional positive response, a sign of the continuous will of the owners to renew themselves and meet the needs of customers. The cleanliness and size of rooms decorated in a modern and functional style are indisputable. The view offered from the apartment "sea view" is also fantastic thanks to the extreme near a beaches. The friendliness the availability and professionalism of the staff and owners was delicious as always.

Purtroppo mancava il microonde, ma ci hanno spiegato che era un problema momentaneo quindi normalmente dovreste trovarlo. Posizione molto comoda a breve distanza dalla spiaggia. Peccato che la spiaggia fosse un po' sassosa per i miei gusti, ma comunque ben pulita e gestita. Anche l'animazione era abbastanza buona, peccato che gli orari delle varie attività non fossero sempre rispettati e che non ci fosse grande varietà nei tornei (quasi sempre calcio balilla e beach volley). Comfortable and spacious mini apartment with well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately there was no microwave, but they explained that it was a temporary problem so normally you should find it. Very convenient location a short distance from the beach. Too bad the beach was a bit rocky for my taste, but still well cleaned and managed. Even the entertainment was quite good, too bad that the schedules of the various activities were not always respected and that there was not great variety in tournaments (almost always table football and beach volleyball).

l	luigi manna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contentissimi .... per la struttura del residence pulizia ottima negli appartamenti personale molto cortese in particolare la sig.ra Barbara per la sua gentilezza alla receptionst visto anche il periodo in cui siamo andati noi nel mese di agosto dopo il Covid. Mare molto vicino alla struttura con spiaggia pulita e ben organizzata. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo molto volentieri spero con l'animazione visto che ne parlavano tutti bene. UN GRANDE SALUTO A TUTTO LO STAFF. Delighted .... for the structure of the residence excellent cleaning in the apartments very courteous staff in particular Mrs. Barbara for her kindness at the receptionst also seen the period in which we went in August after Covid. Parcheggio disponibile all'aperto, recintato e con tendaline, oppure direttamente nel sotteraneo del residence. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Super consigliato. Great experience. Spacious and very clean apartment, equipped with everything you need, located in an excellent position and a few steps from the sea and the center. Parking available outdoors, fenced and with awnings, or directly in the basement of the residence. Staff very kind and always available. Super recommended.
L	Luciano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bella e piacevole, dal 03 al 17 luglio 2021, presso il residence Costa di Alba Adriatica, situato in una zona tranquilla, vicino al mare e ad una grande pineta. Nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i servizi essenziali. L’appartamento moderno, molto pulito, con spazi confortevoli, dotato di ogni comfort e di un’ampia terrazza. Il mare pulito e limpido, con fondali bassi e sicuri, la spiaggia ampia di sabbia fine, con adeguate strutture ricettive. Ringraziamo per l’accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari e di tutto il personale, in particolare modo la signora Barbara alla reception, sempre cordiale e attenta alle esigenze di ciascun ospite. Contiamo di tornarci anche quest’anno, se termineranno entro i tempi previsti, i lavori di ristrutturazione di casa nostra. Luciano e Mariafloria -Vadena (Bz) We spent a beautiful and pleasant holiday, from 03 to 17 July 2021, at the Costa residence in Alba Adriatica, located in a quiet area, near the sea and a large pine forest. All essential services are nearby. The modern apartment, very clean, with comfortable spaces, equipped with every comfort and a large terrace. The clean and clear sea, with shallow and safe bottoms, the wide beach of fine sand, with adequate accommodation facilities. We thank the owners and all the staff for the welcome, kindness and helpfulness, in particular Mrs. Barbara at the reception, always friendly and attentive to the needs of each guest. We plan to return again this year, if the renovations of our house are completed within the scheduled time. Luciano and Mariafloria -Vadena (Bz)
