Il tutto fronte mare e nelle immediate vicinanze di friggitoria, pizzeria, super e farmacia. Infine, la gentilezza della proprietaria assolutamente sopra la media. Simply fantastic. Biciclette, tavolo da ping-pong, frutta e verdura a disposizione gratuitamente direttamente dall’orto dei proprietari. Considerati Tutti gli altri punti positivi mi sembra assurdo perdersi per così poco, ci tornerò solo con la garanzia di avere letti comodi. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima ogni giorno metteva a disposizione dei suoi clienti verdura del suo orto. Vicino a tutti i servizi, ai locali, alla spiaggia pubblica e agli stabilimenti balneari più belli e frequentati. Nonostante sia situato fronte mare ed in posizione centrale, la struttura è molto silenziosa..non si sentono rumori esterni e neanche interni, visto che la proprietaria dello stabile è molto accorta nel far rispettare il silenzio nelle zone comuni della struttura. Struttura recente, molto bello esteticamente l'esterno con le vetrate al posto delle ringhiere, l'interno è anche esso semplice ed elegante. Abbiamo alloggiato in un bilocale dotato di tutti i comfort (cucina, aria condizionata e lavatrice) e dall'arredamento "moderno" (ad esclusione del divano stile casa della zia). Presente anche un grande balcone con vista mare lavatoio e stendino. Uniche piccole pecche il materasso, comodo ma un po' troppo basso e morbido e la mancanza della tv in camera. Ma sono dettagli che non incidono molto sul giudizio globale che è molto buono. Cordialissimo e disponibile Luciano il gestore (che tra l'altro ha una friggitoria nello stesso stabile). There is also a large balcony with sea view, washhouse and drying rack. The only small flaws the mattress, comfortable but a little too low and soft and the lack of TV in the room. But these are details that do not affect much on the overall judgment which is very good. Very cordial and helpful Luciano the manager (who among other things has a fryer in the same building).

La cortesia e la professionalità della proprietaria, ed ora anche di Luciano, non hanno pari, sempre pronti a qualsiasi richiesta. La location è perfetta per tutte l’età …basta attraversare la strada e si è al mare. La friggitoria di Luciano sotto casa è un accessorio non da poco. La pulizia impeccabile delle signore addette, disponibili ad ogni richiesta … i pomodori e le zucchine dell’ orto … l’angolo degli odori … le biciclette …il garage sotterraneo cosa volere di più?
