30 minutes of waiting on the phone in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon ... no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in attesa al telefono da quasi 30 minuti di cui i primi 5 minuti in posizione 3 nella lista d'attesa..., da allora in posizione 2 nella lista d'attesa senza che nessun operatore risponda, mi sembra davvero una presa in giro!!!
I have been waiting on the phone for almost 30 minutes of which the first 5 minutes in position 3 on the waiting list ..., since then in position 2 on the waiting list without any operator answering, it really seems like a joke !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono recato presso la sede di Albignasego per fare un esame. La prenotazione era per le ore 08.42 con arrivo 10 minuti prima per l'accettazione (ore 08.32 come comunicato in fase di prenotazione).
Sono arrivato sul posto alle ore 08.25 e ho atteso fino alle 09.31 alla temperatura di 0 gradi centigradi (ripeto zero gradi) prima di poter accedere nell'area "accettazione". L'accettazione è avvenuta dopo ulteriori 10-15 minuti. L'esame intorno alle ore 09.45.
Sono consapevole delle norme covid esistenti in materia ma ritengo che oltre un'ora di attesa con prenotazione sia fuori luogo, poco rispettoso ed educato nei confronti delle persone che in salute non stanno bene.
Va da se che, la prossima volta, necessariamente sono costretto ad andare altrove.
This morning I went to the Albignasego office to take an exam. The reservation was for 08.42 with arrival 10 minutes before for acceptance (08.32 as communicated during the booking phase).
I arrived on site at 08.25 and waited until 09.31 at the temperature of 0 degrees centigrade (I repeat zero degrees) before being able to enter the "acceptance" area. Acceptance took place after a further 10-15 minutes. The exam around 09.45.
I am aware of the existing covid rules on the subject but I believe that waiting for more than an hour with a reservation is out of place, not very respectful and polite towards people who are not healthy.
It goes without saying that, next time, I'm necessarily forced to go elsewhere.

Personale alla reception molto sbrigativo e maleducato (ho salutato al momento dell’uscita senza ricevere nemmeno un cenno di vita.. mah!)
