Se si è così fortunati da restare in attesa, si passano tre minuti ad ascoltare orari di prelievi e di ritiro referti, poi cade la linea! V	Valentina Ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si va li ti dicono che devi chiamare per prenotare con l'impegnativa,altrimenti si paga una differenza ,peccato che al telefono non rispondono,suona sempre libero.E mi è già capitato 3 volte .Specifico che una volta in attesa li(mi son sempre pagata gli esami ovvimente senza poter prenotare) non ho mai visto nessuno rispondere ad una telefonata.Il sospetto è che proprio non rispondano appositamente,ripeto è già la 3 volta che mi capita di chiamare per un'ora di seguito e alla fine il messaggio vocale invita sempre a richiamare piu' tardi e cade la linea.Questo non è professionale. SPIEGARE meglio no??? ......... E oltre bisogna anche mettere una stellina per pubblicare ... Mi sono trovata molto bene, sono entrata all'ora giusta dell'appuntamento, personale molto gentile e competente. Il referto mi è arrivato in giornata. I booked through unisalute as I am insured from work. This is my first time taking exams in this facility. Orari degli appuntamenti (peraltro obbligatori) non rispettati. Nessuna risposta al telefono! Se poi riesci (ma sta tutta lì la difficoltà!) a farti fare il prelievo, gli esiti arrivano veloci, sono affidabili e sono scaricabili via internet... ma non basta. Servizio che ho usato per molti anni ma ultimamente sono decisamente scaduti. Anche oggi... da più di due ore tento di chiamarli al telefono per un appuntamento-prelievo... resto in attesa per 5 minuti e poi mi metton giù con la motivazione che "l'attesa si sta protraendo troppo". Se vai lì di persona (a parte che con i loro orari una persona che lavora fa fatica) trovi sempre affollamento e devi fare mezz'ora di coda... e per di più senza certezza che una volta allo sportello si riesca ad avere una risposta soddisfacente. Da oggi mi rivolgerò ad altra struttura... Consiglio per la struttura: attrezzatevi per rispondere al telefono. Overall bad service. Difficulty accessing services. Limited hours. Very slow operators.
