E NESSUNO RISPONDE... torni sul sito e trovi una sezione dedicata alle prenotazioni on line! WOW!!! Ah no.... NON FUNZIONA.... tu credi di aver prenotato ed invece ti ritrovi senza prenotazione e se hai urgenza, sei anche costretto a fare le analisi privatamente pagando prezzo pieno. COMPLIMENTI: SIETE DAVVERO PESSIMI!
Unintelligible site, you look for a number and you find yourself not sure who to call ... you finally call what you think is the correct number ... AND NO ONE ANSWERS ... you go back to the site and find a section dedicated to online reservations! WOW !!! Oh no .... IT DOESN'T WORK .... you think you have booked and instead you find yourself without a reservation and if you have urgency, you are also forced to do the analyzes privately paying full price. CONGRATULATIONS: YOU ARE REALLY BAD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato almeno una ventina di volte (nel giro di due settimane) per ottenere un appuntamento per fare un certificato medico sportivo, non ha MAI risposto nessuno, solo una volta qualcuno si è deciso ad alzare la cornetta e riattaccare subito. Il sito, manco a dirlo, non funziona: appare una pallina blu di caricamento e non finisce mai.
I phoned at least twenty times (within two weeks) to get an appointment to get a sports medical certificate, no one has NEVER answered, only once did someone decide to pick up the phone and hang up immediately. The site, needless to say, does not work: a blue loading ball appears and it never ends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come laboratorio analisi nulla da eccepire! A livello di visite specialistiche proprio non ci siamo... Anni fa ebbi un'esperienza poco positiva con il fisiatra (diagnosi estremamente superficiale). Recentemente ho effettuato una visita ginecologica allucinante. La Dottoressa in questione da del "tu", usa termini poco professionali (alza il c*letto), commenta senza alcun tatto l'aspetto fisico di un individuo permettendosi commenti che esulano strettamente dalla diagnosi. Lo studio appare caotico e non particolarmente curato in fatto di igiene (perfino soldi sul pavimento). Cambierei qualcosa... Per 132 euro non è il massimo..
In merito alla Vostra risposta: sono stati espressi commenti decisamente acidi e fuori luogo sull'aspetto fisico. Commenti che mi hanno messo profondamente a disagio. Non vi è bisogno di alcun chiarimento con la specialista in questione.. Nonostante l'età avrebbe bisogno di una specializzazione in tatto e buone maniere. La fiducia nel vostro studio, almeno per quanto concerne questo settore, è assolutamente minata, non preoccupatevi..

The studio appears chaotic and not particularly cared for in terms of hygiene (even money on the floor). I would change something ... For 132 euros it's not the best ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potete, evitate. Oltre un'ora per consegnare un campione da analizzare, in una sala piena di gente, senza che nessuno si premuri di dare un tempo di attesa. Va avanti solo chi ha prenotato, e ci sono ritardi anche per loro.
If you can, avoid. Over an hour to deliver a sample to be analyzed, in a room full of people, without anyone bothering to give a waiting time. Only those who have booked go ahead, and there are delays for them too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa dell'enorme traffico telefonico è risultato difficile mettermi in contatto con loro. Ho inviato tre email a tre indirizzi diversi e mi hanno subito risposto e telefonato. Consiglio di scrivere la mail.
