Esami del sangue, spirometria elettrocardiogramma e visita uditiva effettuati entro le ore 8.30. Per la visita oculistica, oltre ad aver dovuto aspettare un appuntamento alle 10, tra una persona e l'altra che veniva chiamata, il tempo impiegato per visitarmi é stato di 2.15 h (tempo effettivo di visita 25 minuti). Va bene tutto ma dar per scontato che la gente non ha nulla da fare se non aspettare una disorganizzazione del genere mi da veramente fastidio. Absolute disorganization. Tra l'altro mi avete cambiato voi un appuntamento il lunedì x messaggio per il martedì subito seguente ....organizzatevi meglio.... Una vergogna!!!!!!! Ho chiesto 4 volte in pochi giorni di essere messa in contatto telefonicamente con una dottoressa che mi segue da anni perché avevo assolutamente bisogno di un suo. parere dopo essere finita al P. S. Sono stati inutili le telefonate, i messaggi in segreteria... tutto inutile. Solo dopo una chiamata particolarmente agitata la mattina dopo mi sono trovata "miracolosamente" un sms della dottoressa. Ma che serietà è questa??? Pensate che le persone chiamino perché non sanno cos'altro fare durante il giorno? Comunque tranquilli mi sono già rivolta ad altre persone molto più competenti, professionali e umane.
