Recentemente ho fatto la visita senologica, prenotata velocemente online, quindi senza dovermi recare presso la struttura o dover telefonare. Ho trovato un nuovissimo macchinario per la mammografia, un infermiere attento e discreto che fa sentire a suo agio la paziente ed un dottore molto scrupoloso. Tutte le volte che sono stata anche il personale alla reception è sempre stato cortese ed efficiente. I have been several times for different types of visits or exams. I recently had a breast examination, booked quickly online, so without having to go to the facility or having to call. I found a brand new machine for mammography, an attentive and discreet nurse who makes the patient feel comfortable and a very dedicated doctor. Whenever I have also been, the reception staff have always been courteous and efficient.
A	Alberto Labadessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto mi riguarda esperienza pessima. Ho prenotato ed effettuato una visita con il dott.re Enrico Cassin che lavora presso questa struttura. Il dottore mi ha prescritto una cura che non ha funzionato, dunque dopo alcuni mesi ho richiamato il centro Valentini per chiedere come avrei dovuto procedere. Mi è stato risposto di presentarmi il giorno dopo alle 12/12.30 e che il dott.re Cassin finite le visite mi avrebbe dato un occhio per vedere come procedere. Incontrato il dottore mi ha risposto in malo modo, tra l'altro anche di fronte ad altre persone, che lui non poteva vedermi senza visita prenotata. Io gli ho gentilmente risposto che mi ero presentato su indicazione dello stesso centro per cui lui lavora, ma non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Ho di seguito contattato telefonicamente la responsabile del centro, che si è scusata dell'accaduto, mi ha detto che avrebbe parlato con il medico e mi avrebbe fatto sapere il giorno stesso. Non ho più sentito nessuno. Saluti As for me very bad experience. I booked and made a visit with Dr. Enrico Cassin who works at this facility. The doctor prescribed a treatment that did not work, so after a few months I called the Valentini center to ask how I should proceed. I was told to show up the next day at 12 / 12.30 and that Dr. Cassin after the visits would give me an eye to see how to proceed. I met the doctor and he replied in a bad way, among other things even in front of other people, that he could not see me without a booked visit. I kindly replied that I had presented myself on the recommendation of the same center for which he works, but he did not want to hear reasons. I then contacted the head of the center by telephone, who apologized for what had happened, told me that she would speak to the doctor and let me know the same day. I have not heard from anyone. m	mauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, pessima organizzazione, tempi di attesa lunghi nonostante le poche persone e alla prenotazione telefonica fatta il giorno prima. tampone effettuato praticamente in strada davanti alle altre persone in attesa senza alcuna privacy. non ci torno di sicuro, c'è di meglio. Bad experience, bad organization, long waiting times despite the few people and the telephone booking made the day before. swab practically in the street in front of other people waiting without any privacy. I'm not going back for sure, it gets better.

Vorrei il rimborso dei soldi per andare a rifare la visita da un'altra parte. I would like a refund for the visit that was practically NOT carried out, zero possibility to ask questions and get information .. all in the name of speed. I would like a refund of the money to go and visit somewhere else.

Alla mia domanda se poteva guardare un neo sul braccio il medico mi ha risposto che per queste cose si va privatamente e non in convenzione come nel mio caso. Non mi era mai capitato di essere trattata così ( il dott. Cassin ha detto testualmente e rimarcato che ero lì tramite il medico della mutua). Il senso era chiarissimo; ero una paziente di serie B che non merita troppe attenzioni. Se avessi voluto una visita approfondita avrei dovuto prenotare privatamente e non in convenzione. Sono uscita disgustata e ho capito che la visita era terminata solo perché il medico ha aperto la porta .... Chi mi ha accompagnato e mi attendeva fuori dalla struttura era stupefatto: neppure il tempo di fumare una sigaretta! Peccato che succedano queste cose! Peccato davvero! Bad experience with Dr. Cassin. Hasty and superficial dermatological examination for a keratosis. When I asked if he could look at a mole on his arm, the doctor replied that for these things you go privately and not in convention as in my case. I had never before been treated like this (Dr. Cassin said verbatim and remarked that I was there through the health care doctor). The meaning was very clear; I was a Series B patient who doesn't deserve too much attention. If I had wanted an in-depth visit I would have had to book privately and not in agreement. I left in disgust and realized that the visit was over only because the doctor opened the door .... Those who accompanied me and waited for me outside the structure were amazed: not even the time to smoke a cigarette! Too bad these things happen! Too bad indeed!

Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto medico 5 stelle ma aimè, ho trovato di una maleducazione unica la ragazza all'accettazione, evidentemente svolge un lavoro a lei poco gradito per aver questi modi. On 30/3 I made a visit with Professor Battistella. As for the 5-star medical aspect but alas, I found the girl on acceptance to be a unique rudeness, evidently she does a job she does not like for having these ways.
a	antonella benvegnù on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dò tre stelle per la professionalità e l'umanità del professor Litta. Detto questo, ho fatto un pap test il 27 novembre. Mi sono recata a ritirare l'esito il 14 dicembre, ma mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato pronto il 21 dicembre. In quella data ho guardato i referti on line ma non ho trovato nulla. Il 23 sono passata in struttura e mi è stato detto che prima di pubblicarlo doveva essere visto dal professore e che sarebbe stato disponibile dal pomeriggio. Ho chiesto se intanto potevano darmene una copia, ma no. Attendo il 25 e ancora non c'è niente. Al di là del fatto che non capisco perché prima debba essere visto dal medico, penso che intanto, trattandosi della mia salute avrebbero almeno potuto darmene una copia, dopo un mese che aspetto. Pessimi. I give three stars for Professor Litta's professionalism and humanity. That said, I got a pap smear on November 27th. I went to collect the result on December 14th, but was told it would be ready on December 21st. On that date I looked at the reports online but found nothing. On the 23rd I went to the facility and I was told that before publishing it it had to be seen by the professor and that it would be available from the afternoon. I asked if they could give me a copy in the meantime, but no. I await the 25th and there is still nothing. Beyond the fact that I do not understand why I should be seen by the doctor first, I think that in the meantime, since it is my health, they could at least have given me a copy, after a month I am waiting. Bad.

Avevo un appuntamento con dott.sa Della Mura ed era gentilissima, con un conoscenza molto bene mi ha spiegato tutto e mi ha parlato su tutto che volevo e dovevo sapere. Mi sono sentito molto tranquillo e sicuro. Piu, alla segreteria c'era un malintesa da parte mia ma l'uomo mi ha comportato molto bene e gentile. Era una situazione imbarazzante per me ma lui l'ha gestita molto professionale e gentile. Un posto organizzato, sicuro e pulito. Grazie! my experience was very good. I had an appointment with Dr. Della Mura and she was very kind, with a very good knowledge she explained everything to me and talked to me about everything I wanted and needed to know. I felt very comfortable and safe. Plus, on the secretary there was a misunderstanding on my part but the man behaved me very well and kind. It was an awkward situation for me but he handled it very professionally and kindly. An organized, safe and clean place. Thanks!
