Ho telefono per avere la sicurezza che gli esami del sangue per una bimba di 6 anni potevano essere eseguiti, dopo avere avuto conferma decido con mio marito di portarcela. Pessima idea! Esperienza traumatica per mia figlia! Bucata a destra e sinistra, non sono riuscite a prelevare nemmeno una goccia di sangue! ... e per fortuna mio marito si è opposto perché se no l'avrebbero bucata prima sul polso poi sulla gamba. E in fila c'erano altri bimbi, a quello prima di mia figlia stessa sorte! Bad service! L'esperienza è stata pessima: non è stato neanche il lungo tempo di attesa dell'esito (2 giorni e mezzo) ad essere il problema, ma la totale inaffidabilita' dell'esito, che risultava negativo, quando le evidenze cliniche sono altre. Ma come conservate il materiale prelevato? È ovvio che decade la carica virale dopo due giorni e mezzo!!! Mai più mi rivolgerò al vostro servizio. Enorme è il danno che mi avete causato. In risposta alla vostra risposta: Bene per l'accuratezza della conservazione, ma ancora di più la domanda è lecita: da voi i molecolari fatti risultano negativi, ho provveduto oggi in altro centro ed è positivo, come mai questa differenza di risultato?? La salute è importante e non si scherza. I went to the home service for a molecular swab. Visita con prenotazione avvenuta in ritardo, ostetrica molto fredda personalmente non mi ha messa a mio agio durante l'intera durata della visita. Visita ostetrica pagata 122 euro (sopra la media). Decido comunque di affidarmi a loro per svolgere gli esami del sangue (semplici esami del sangue/urine che si eseguono in gravidanza pagati 159.35euro) ed avere i risultati in tempi brevi rispetto ad un ospedale pubblico. Peccato non sia stato cosi, mi hanno presa in giro finché non ho chiamato di persona ed ho alzato la voce, esami del sangue pronti dopo 10 minuti. Per il prezzo che pago esiguo un servizio che ne sia all'altezza. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO CENTRO MEDICO PRIVATO. Io sono anni che vado lì, dalla dottoressa ginecologa Van wijk, una dottoressa veramente umana, dolce, sa come metterti a proprio agio fin dalla 1°visita, super disponibile io non la cambierei per nessun altro/a al mondo. Ho girato anni per ginecologi in strutture private pagando fior fiori di soldi e nessuno è stato capace con dolcezza e naturalezza qll che ci vorrebbe con i pazienti..a portarmi a fare 1 intervento che dovevo..arrivata da lei per la 1° visita mi ha convinto come niente fosse, ha fatto tutte le programmazioni e mi ha operato e soprattutto sempre seguito..dal 2014 è la mia dottoressa di fiducia..2 anni fa' mi ha seguito per il 1°figlio, non mi ha potuto far partorire, perché purtroppo l'ospedale della zona Angera ha chiuso, ma telefonicamente sentiva l'ospedale dov'ero ricoverata per prendere informazioni e darmi coraggio, quest'anno sta seguendo la mia gravidanza molto travagliata con il 2°bambino e spero come ci siamo dette possa farmi partorire lei. Che dire..sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora per aiutarti a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Dottoressa super super topppppp 5 stelle tutte..trovare medici così è rarissimooooo...quando li troviamo teniamoli stretti... The medical center is very easily accessed & all of the staff are professional, polite & patient! I was put at ease immediately & after NO waiting time, Dr Provasi assessed & dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently & expertly.. He explained everything in simple terms & made sure I had no unanswered questions! I can't recommend the Medical Center in Sesto Calende highly enough! She literally hurt me with the tampone! she had NO CARE AT ALL! I had thousands of exams like that, and I never had such terrible experience! I’m still in pain. That’s totally unacceptable and unnecessary.
