★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sono chiusi al pubblico (anche se presenti in ufficio) non provvedono ad indicarlo sul sito e non rispondono al telefono...quindi si rischia di fare la strada per nulla perché on line c'è scritto aperto
When they are closed to the public (even if present in the office) they do not indicate it on the site and do not answer the phone ... therefore there is the risk of making the way for nothing because there is an open text online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ufficio ACI, certo. I servizi sono i soliti..i prezzi imposti ma almeno il personale è VELOCE, sorridente, cordiale e disponibile...dovrebbe essere la normalità? ovviamente, ma provate l'ACI di Arona o peggio, Castelletto Ticino e poi vedrete....
An ACI office, of course. The services are the usual..the prices imposed but at least the staff is FAST, smiling, friendly and helpful ... should this be normal? obviously, but try the ACI of Arona or worse, Castelletto Ticino and then you will see ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per richiedere assistenza e mi ha risposto un'operatrice un po' maleducata che voleva liquidarmi al più presto e che era contrariata per le domande che ponevo. Non era neanche informata sul rimborso dello stato tramite pagamento dell' app IO!!!

I called for assistance and was answered by a somewhat rude operator who wanted to liquidate me as soon as possible and who was upset about the questions I asked. She was not even informed about the status refund by paying the IO app !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mia madre (80 anni) ha avuto un'esperienza molto negativa: ha chiamato un giorno e ha avuto una risposta molto scortese, arrivata nell'ufficio (vuoto) l'indomani, nessuno le ha rivolto lo sguardo: a testa bassa l'impiegata ha sbrigato la pratica e alla domanda: "Come mai non mi è arrivata la comunicazione della scadenza del bollo come al solito?", l'impiegata con sgarbo ga risposto: "Non siamo tenuti a farlo". Inaccettabile, soprattutto se si considera che l'ufficio era vuoto.
Unfortunately my mother (80 years old) had a very negative experience: she called one day and had a very rude answer, arrived in the (empty) office the next day, no one looked at her: head down clerk went through the procedure and to the question: "Why didn't I get the communication of the expiry of the stamp as usual?", the clerk rudely replied: "We are not required to do so". Unacceptable, especially considering that the office was empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio ACI di Sesto Calende ha dei dipendenti professionali, competenti, e cortesi. Mi sono sempre trovato bene con loro. Ho fatto il passaggio di proprietà diverse volte nell'arco degli anni...ci vuole poco tempo e poca fatica da loro. Sono sempre grato per il loro aiuto per tutte le pratiche. Comunque, è un peccato che purtroppo ci sono delle persone maleducate che vengono nell'ufficio da fuori e trattano male i dipendenti chiedendo dei miracoli presuntuosamente ?
The ACI office in Sesto Calende has professional, competent, and courteous employees. I have always felt comfortable with them. I've made the change of ownership several times over the years ... it takes little time and little effort from them. I am always grateful for their help with all practices. However, it is a pity that unfortunately there are some rude people who come to the office from outside and treat employees badly by asking for miracles presumptuously ?
