Cercando nel ripiano con riportato il prezzo 10€ ne ha trovata una più bellina delle altre, per sicurezza ha chiesto conferma del prezzo al ragazzo che lavora come commesso. Il quale davvero sgarbatamente dopo aver concordato con il titolare che quella era sicuramente un'orchidea da 20€ l'ha depositata su un altro espositore con altra dicitura di prezzo ingannevole "orchidee 10-15-20€", lasciando lí mia madre senza nemmeno più seguirla né mostrarle altre orchidee da 10€. Capisco che ogni giorno devono trattare con molti clienti e alcuni anche un po' "furbetti", tuttavia per un lavoro a contatto con la clientela credo sia necessario e doveroso avere un po'di rispetto ed educazione per gli altri. Ci siamo sempre recate in questa floricoltura perché ha una vasta scelta e le piante sono molto belle, ma prossima volta ci rivolgeremo altrove. My mother went here this morning. Una quantità di piante e di scelta impensabile, personale preparato e disponibile, un merito inoltre alle confezioni delle piante ricercate e di grande effetto. Complimenti! Peccato per il personale...spesso è difficile trovare qualcuno che ti segua, rispondono a più persone contemporaneamente, senza seguire bene nessuno, talvolta non rispondono affatto, sembrano infastiditi dal clienti; anche alla cassa la situazione non è migliore. Ci vado solo quando ho le idee chiara su cosa comprare. Peccato!
