★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservé una habitación hace meses por booking, y dos días antes del viaje me mandan un correo diciendo que cancele YO el viaje porque su hotel está cerrado. DOS DIAS ANTES, TENIENDO LA RESERVA DESDE HACE DOS MESES!!
Me parece una poca vergüenza, no deberían aceptar reservas por Internet siendo tan irresponsables.
 I booked a room months ago through booking, and two days before the trip they send me an email telling me to cancel the trip because their hotel is closed. TWO DAYS BEFORE, HAVING THE RESERVATION FOR TWO MONTHS AGO !!
It seems a bit of a shame to me, they should not accept reservations online being so irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nessuno ci ha aperto la porta, prenotazione fatta su booking ma purtroppo l' alloggio non 'e piu' in funzione nonostante venga ancora offerto online!nessuno risponde al campanello e al telefono, i vicini dicono che i due gestori sono spariti
no one opened the door for us, booking made on booking but unfortunately the accommodation is no longer in operation despite being still offered online! no one answers the doorbell and the phone, the neighbors say that the two managers have disappeared

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è in posizione strategica perché è vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Molto comodo e facilmente raggiungibile.
L'interno è molto curato, tranne che per alcune pareti un po' sporche e alcune prese che non funzionano. I bagni sono in comune con persone delle altre stanze, ma sono sempre puliti e tenuti in ordine.
Non lo consiglio a persone che hanno bisogno di carrozzine o stampelle in quanto non c'è l'ascensore.
Il personale è gentilissimo e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva.
The place is strategically located because it is close to the main tourist attractions. Very comfortable and easily accessible.
The interior is very neat, except for some slightly dirty walls and some sockets that don't work. The bathrooms are shared with people from the other rooms, but are always clean and tidy.
I do not recommend it for people who need prams or crutches as there is no elevator.
The staff are very kind and the experience was very positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza mistica in questo Alloggio, per la pulizia forse è ok ma per la sicurezza del luogo un po' meno. Salendo le scale del palazzo, a sorpresa, troverete un pianerottolo spaccato a metà con tanto di scritta "ATTENZIONE PIANEROTTOLO PERICOLANTE" della serie se passi, ti rompi una gamba o muori sono fatti tuoi. Le stanze sono discutibilmente pulite, i bagni insomma e la vasca meglio non parlarne. Nella vita non è mai tutto nero infatti le cose positive sono state: un personale molto simpatico, posizione ottima e prezzo super economico. Ma insomma lo sconsiglio alla grande guardate altrove amici
Mystical experience in this accommodation, for the cleanliness it is perhaps ok but for the safety of the place a little less. Going up the stairs of the building, surprisingly, you will find a landing split in half complete with the words "WARNING DANGEROUS LANDING" of the series if you pass, break a leg or die, it's your business. The rooms are arguably clean, the bathrooms in short and the tub better not to mention it. In life everything is never all black in fact the positive things have been: a very nice staff, excellent location and super cheap price. But in short, I do not recommend it great look elsewhere friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and dont stay here, it's a fire hazard, its dirty and staff are rude, bathrooms are shared filthy and toilets dont flush properly, I would never darken the doors of this terrible place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel does not even deserve to get one star. I do not think so you can named this property as a hotel. I attached some pictures of this terrible accommodation here.
I spent three nights without heating in a cold weather. The receptionist promised to have heating from second night but nothing happened. Actually I just see him just for check-in and then he gone. I asked him to give me an extra blanket but he said close the window!
Also there was no internet connection.
Very dirty, every where was full of garbage, even near reception desk.
There was no real kitchen, there was garbage in refrigerator.
Even spending one night there is a night mare.
