★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matteo is a genius with the scissors, truly. I was looking for the right place for my hair grooming in Firenze and found it here. My hair is difficult to say the least, with stubborn and thick strands. I never found someone who could understand the type of layering needed that would not make my hair frizzy... (hair is thick at the sides but not so thick in the front and back) but Matteo did the trick and I am so pleased! The other staff there are warm and friendly, and they work wonderfully well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here in October 2021. It said outside the shop that Balayage costs 50-70€. While Matteo was taking care of my hair, there was an older woman with short hair who was talking to him about my watch and my handbag. Then at the checkout I got a shock! 150€!!! Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and paid that. Afterwards, I noticed that the receipt was only for €50. They put the rest in their own pockets. Beware of the tourist trap!!! I have since reported this to the tax office.
