 Efficient, effective and precise. In this help center for notebook I found everything I needed. Friendly and courteous staff. They are very competent and able to make the customer feel understood and definitely in good hands. If ever you still need assistance in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Kind and professional, I needed a power supply for my desktop pc and after a very quick email contact they confirmed the availability and I bought it. I also got a graphics card last year. Very competitive prices, even compared to online ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quel che si cerca in un negozio di prossimità oltre alla disponibilità è la competenza. Non dico che non lo siano, però ricevere una risposta in modo superficiale ad un acquisto è fastidioso. Specie se di recente in tal negozio nell'arco di meno di 2 anni sono stati acquistati 2 pc aziendali e uno di essi da pochissimo. Se un cliente ha una titubanza su un prodotto non è piacevole una risposta approssimativa.
Dopotutto sono un cliente che compra solo li... Pazienza non ricordarselo, però...
In addition to availability, what is sought in a local store is competence. I'm not saying they aren't, but receiving a superficial response to a purchase is annoying. Especially if recently in this shop in less than 2 years 2 company PCs and one of them have been purchased very recently. If a customer is hesitant about a product, an approximate response is not pleasant.
After all, I'm a customer who only buys them ... Patience don't remember, though ...
