Ci intercetta chiedendoci se volevamo aiuto e gli rispondiamo che intanto diamo un occhiata. 30 secondi dopo era dietro di noi che parlava a macchinetta. Ci propone una camera di buona fattura e che a vederla ci piaceva. Peccato che alla mia domanda di farci un preventivo, ci risponde una cifra approssimativa a voce e si rifiuta di farlo a meno che non la comprassimo in quello momento. Alla mia risposta negativa sul comprarla subito, mi viene addirittura chiesto il motivo di tale risposta!!!!!! Dico che dobbiamo valutare essendo il primo negozio che visitiamo, risponde arrogantemente dicendo che se piace, uno compra e basta. Nemmeno fossero 5 euro... Sono stata troppo gentile di persona. Mi dispiace, forse l'avrei anche presa, ma visto l'atteggiamento non tornerò e non lo consiglierò. We found a rude and unprofessional seller to say the least. We enter to see a bedroom. Si è creata una sintonia immediata che ha contribuito alla realizzazione del progetto in tempi brevissimi. Sulla piazza sicuramente I migliori. L'arredatore Alessandro si è dimostrato attento alle nostre necessità ed efficace nel realizzarle. Il trasporto e il montaggio assolutamente professionale e veloce. Alessandro, persona pacata e paziente, che ci ha consigliato al meglio per l'acquisto di una parete soggiorno facendoci un progetto curato nei minimi particolari. Consiglio indubbiamente! Ci siamo trovati benissimo a partire dal nostro primo contatto con Andrea Trevisan addetto alle vendite, poi Cristina addetta alle consegne e infine Sara dell'amministrazione. Insieme, abbiamo scelto, progettato e realizzato l'intero arredamento di casa. Sono stati rispettati i tempi di consegna e ogni nostra richiesta è stata gestita con competenza e cordialità. L'assistenza ricevuta da Valentina e' stata impeccabile: grande gentilezza, buoni consigli, attenzione a tutti i dettagli, precisione e tempestività nelle risposte. La cucina è stata consegnata con un po' di ritardo rispetto ai tempi inizialmente previsti, ma va sottolineato che il periodo (aprile 2022) presenta delle difficoltà generali nel reperimento dei materiali da parte di tutte le aziende e quindi il problema non è stato causato localmente. In ogni caso, siamo stati informati per tempo della difficoltà. I montatori sono stati rapidi, efficaci e capaci di affrontare adeguatamente le piccole difficoltà che inevitabilmente ci sono quando si monta una nuova cucina.
