Dopo 5 giorni ricevo una mail dove senza spiegazioni mi avvisavano del rimborso. Solo dopo aver richiamato per chiedere spiegazioni si giustificavano dicendomi che aihmè l'ultimo pezzo rimasto, che riservato a me, era rotto. Suggerimenti per l'azienda : chiamate i clienti prima di agire a loro insaputo e se potete, proponete e spedite un articolo simile se questo non rappresenti una grossa differenza di denaro. Suggerimenti per il pubblico : poco affidabili.
 Bad experience, I bought a power generator on their e-commerce site briconova after making sure it was present in the store. After 5 days I receive an email where without explanation they advised me of the refund. Only after calling back to ask for explanations did they justify themselves by telling me that the last piece left, which was reserved for me, was broken. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho incontrato qualche difficoltà nella comunicazione con gli addetti agli acquisti on-line nel senso che le semplici informazioni richieste non sono state evase in tempi ragionevoli e, passati alcuni giorni senza risposta, hanno necessitato di alcuni solleciti. Inoltre il pacco, forse per colpa del corriere, si è bloccato per mancanza di destinatario. Insomma tempi lunghi sulle risposte da parte del personale acquisti online e problemi con la spedizione. Comunque l'ordine è arrivato come richiesto.
