Assistenza pronta solo fino al tempo del pagamento, dal giorno dopo continui rimbalzi, ritardi e prese in giro. Cucina consegnata anche con pezzi errati sostituiti appena due mesi dopo e la cappa montata esternamente, ma internamente non assemblata e lasciata incellofanata all'interno, senza alcun avviso, e senza i filtri previsti. Esperienza negativa, personale commerciale inadeguato, scorretto e arrogante.
 Kitchen ordered in November 2016, with delivery expected in August 2017, completed on December 16, 2017. Assistance ready only until the time of payment, from the day after continuous rebounds, delays and teasing. Kitchen also delivered with incorrect parts replaced just two months later and the hood mounted externally, but internally not assembled and left wrapped in the cell, without any warning, and without the filters provided. In un primo momento ci hanno incolpato e poi ci hanno sostituito le tele del divano. L'hanno scorso cambiando le fodere, abbiamo sistemato un'asse del divano rotta e girando il divano e togliendo la tela la macraba scoperta! Il telaio del divano era fatto con elementi di scarto e pessissima qualità. Abbiamo chiamato chiedendo di avere il numero della ditta che lo ha costruito, ma non hanno voluto saperne di darci i contatti. Vergognosi mai più acquisterò qua, neanche se mi regalano la roba
Sofa purchased 3 years ago (2018), after two months highlighted problems with the canvases, they broke in the points of greatest draft.
