ho contattato il punto vendita per info (disponibilità) sull'acquisto di catene da neve Weissenfels REX TR rtr10 (245/70 R16) la persona che mi ha risposto al telefono ha fatto di tutto a parte darmi ascolto... rispondeva ad altre telefonate, parlava con clienti e colleghi ed io al telefono che aspettavo una risposta... alla fine ho riattaccato e acquistato altra marca da altro fornitore!

I contacted the store for info (availability) on the purchase of Weissenfels REX TR rtr10 (245/70 R16) snow chains the person who answered the phone did everything but listen to me ... answered other calls , he talked with clients and colleagues and I on the phone waiting for an answer ... in the end I hung up and bought another brand from another supplier!
