Portato il pc in un paio di ore ha trovato soluzione ed è riuscito a ripararlo e consegnarmelo anche. Ottima assistenza : avendo dovuto smontare tutto , trovare il problema ,risolvendolo saldando un pezzo nella scheda madre ,verificare che sia tutto funzionate e in fine rimontare tutto il pc mi è stato consegnato a mio avviso in tempi record. Da tempo il mio portatile era lentissimo e mi stavo già rassegnando a cambiarlo a fronte di una spesa però non indifferente! Mi sono quindi messa alla ricerca di un nuovo pc e, cercando online in loco, mi sono imbattuta in computerudine che non conoscevo ma che mi ha subito incuriosita soprattutto per le ottime recensioni dei clienti. Ho subito chiamato e descritto il mio problema e Carmine mi ha anticipato la possibilità di sostituire il disco fisso, sempre che ne valesse la pena. Sulla base del modello del mio pc mi ha detto: si può fare! E con grande sollievo per le mie tasche: disco sostituito ed ora il mio portatile è velocissimo!!!! Quindi se avete bisogno di un super tecnico vi consiglio e raccomando Carmine che si è dimostrato non solo competente ed onesto ma anche molto alla mano e simpatico.
