T	Thierry Pascolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un coniglio nano per una visita generale,dopo aver indicato un cambio di dieta la veterinaria promette di predisporre un foglio con una guida contenete tutte le indicazioni del caso al prossimo appuntamento per le analisi. Arrivati ci ha detto di guardare in un sito internet: niente guida. Sempre molto poco disponibile a dare spiegazioni a chi è meno esperto emerge che il coniglio ha bisogno di una limata a un dente. Fissiamo l’appuntamento per l’operazione e il giorno dell’intervento alla stessa ora eravamo in 4. Noi abitiamo a 30 minuti di strada… ci dice di tornare a casa e ripassare dopo 4 ore; dopo un’ora e mezza ci chiama per avvisarci di tornare a prendere il coniglio in quanto l’operazione della bestiola prima si è dilungata. Partiamo rapidamente arriviamo in ambulatorio e avevano già finito di operare il cane. Abbiamo preso ferie per questa cosa ma non essendo molto organizzati ci hanno fatto perdere solo tempo. Morale se avete tempi limitati o dovete spostarvi fatevi dare tempistiche precise per non incappare in disguidi come il nostro: ci dicono che era un’urgenza ma in effetti erano operazioni fissate per lo stesso giorno alla stessa ora, quindi la “scusa” non ci convince molto. Qualche giorno fa la mia gatta Lisa ha subito un bruttissimo incidente, il dottor Miglio l'ha operata sistemando bocca e palato mentre la dottoressa Campagna si è occupata della gatta durante tutta la lunga degenza, tenendomi aggiornata, curandola e, ci tengo a sottolinearlo, coccolandola come fosse sua. non ho parole per ringraziarli di quello che fanno quotidianamente. clinica assolutamente consigliata Doctor Francesca Campagna, Doctor Miglio, Doctor Marinella Forzano, and all the staff, are not only professional and excellent veterinarians, they are also people full of love, respect and humanity towards all animals.
