Hanno una pazienza infinita sia con gli animali che con i proprietari, sono bravi e competenti pronti ad ascoltare ogni mia paranoia. Onesti e professionali! Non sono mai mancati nei casi di emergenza, anzi! Ho un cucciolo di 65 giorni non avevo il veterinario e non sapevo dove recarmi con un urgenza , ho trovato questo come unico aperto più vicino a me sperando di risolvere perché il mio cucciolo stava male ....mi ha fatto aspettare 2 ore facendomi scavalcare da tutte le persone successive (di cui anche senza appuntamento come me ) e senza fregarsene del mio cucciolo hanno continuato a fare I fatti loro a chiacchierare per fatti loro ...ben tre dottori sono usciti in sala d'aspetto ignorandomi totalmente!!! Per me questo non è di certo un comportamento che dovrebbe tenere chi fa questo lavoro con passione , dovrebbero amare i cuccioli e se vedono che il cane sta male dovrebbero provvedere all'urgenza altrimenti a parer mio non è il lavoro che fa per loro, meglio che vadano a zappare la terra gente così!!!! Too bad I can't put zero stars but the negative review is a must !!! I have a 65 day old puppy I did not have the vet and I did not know where to go urgently, I found this as the only one closest to me hoping to solve why my puppy was sick .... he made me wait 2 hours making me climb over from all the following people (including without an appointment like me) and without caring about my puppy they continued to do their business talking about their business ... three doctors came out in the waiting room ignoring me totally !!! For me this is certainly not a behavior that should keep those who do this job with passion, they should love puppies and if they see that the dog is sick they should provide for the urgency otherwise in my opinion it is not the job for them, better people like that go and dig the earth !!!!

Il veterinario della mia gatta, dopo averla ridotta in fin di vita posticipando accertamenti necessari e relative cure, si è reso irreperibile (non rispondendo neanche al cellulare) quando ormai stava così male da richiedere eutanasia. Mi sono allora rivolta a questo ambulatorio nel tentativo di non farla ulteriormente soffrire e mi hanno negato intervento di eutanasia dando priorità alla correttezza verso il loro collega invece che ad una povera gattina che stava soffrendo. Pessimi come lui. La mia gattina è morta soffrendo mentre la portavo da un terzo veterinario Bad experience, even if from a few years ago. The veterinarian of my cat, after having reduced her to the end of life by postponing necessary checks and related treatments, was nowhere to be found (not even answering her cell phone) when she was now so ill as to require euthanasia. Not even a star, they said my dog was spoiled and they didn't understand the seriousness of it. Moral of the story is dead. And he was young.
