Titolare simpatico e accogliente, stanze comode e molto pulite. Ho pernotato in hotel ben più cari e meno puliti e ospitali a Rosolina. Consiglio senza dubbi. Letto buono e confortevole con aria condizionata e silenzioso come ambiente. Adatta per weekend per rilassarsi e se non si hanno troppe pretese ottimo posto per potersi permettere una breve vacanza anche in periodi di ristretezze economiche. Titolare gentilissimo e cordiale . Il proprietario molto cordiale e gentile. Le camere pulite e dotate di comfort come l'aria condizionata, la TV e la cassaforte. Molto buono rapporto qualità prezzo. Non è contemplata formula mezza pensione o pensione completa. Presente bar per colazioni e vicino ristorante. Da consigliare. Hotel in the center of Rosolina sea, convenient to all services. I have brought people to stay here and they all report that they found themselves very well. The owner very friendly and kind. Pensione da ristrutturare totalmente, ferma agli anni 70! Avrebbe un enorme potenziale visto le scarse strutture della zona pineta, ma serve anche più pulizia e qualche investimento! Unfortunately we were assigned a room with a dirty floor, soft mattresses and a non-sliding shower, too bad, we had two terraces available but they too dirty and poorly maintained overall! Pension to be completely renovated, still in the 70s! It would have enormous potential given the scarce structures in the pine forest area, but it also needs more cleaning and some investment!

Abbiamo optato per la formula pensione completa e mai scelta è stata più azzeccata. L'albergo è a conduzione familiare e mantiene le tradizioni di oltre 60 anni fa. Noi siamo stati accolti come amici e coccolati dal primo momento, a partire dalla colazione con croissant deliziosi ogni mattina (quelli del Gattaccio, il locale adiacente all'albergo gestito dalla stessa famiglia) e a seguire con pranzi e cene superlative, assaggiando ogni giorno piatti diversi, dagli spaghetti alle vongole e fritto misto -immancabili - fino a pasta e fagioli, gnocchi, vitello tonnato, roastbeef, pastasciutte succulente, seppie con polenta, orata al forno, carpaccio di spada, minestre e contorni preparati con ingredienti a km zero e freschi dell'orto. Ogni sera un dolce, sempre diverso, chiudeva il pasto. Appena arrivati abbiamo sistemato l'auto nel comodo parcheggio coperto e il mare si intravedeva dalle nostre finestre. Cos'altro posso dire? Ho dato quattro stelle solo perché le stanze sono semplici ed essenziali, ma pulite e dotate di bagno con bidet. Ciliegina sulla torta Olga e Iolanda, cortesi e premoruse, che hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Ultima segnalazione: leggere un libro seduti nel dehor dell'albergo, dopo pranzo, con la brezza marina che ti accarezza e le rondini che svolazzano, è un piacere unico! I stayed in this hotel for ten days with my two children in July. We opted for the full board formula and the choice has never been more appropriate. The hotel is family run and maintains the traditions of over 60 years ago. We were welcomed as friends and pampered from the first moment, starting with breakfast with delicious croissants every morning (those of Gattaccio, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel run by the same family) and following with superlative lunches and dinners, tasting different dishes every day , from spaghetti with clams and mixed fried foods - unmissable - up to pasta and beans, gnocchi, veal with tuna sauce, roastbeef, succulent pasta, cuttlefish with polenta, baked sea bream, swordfish carpaccio, soups and side dishes prepared with fresh and zero km ingredients of the vegetable garden. Each evening a dessert, always different, closed the meal. As soon as we arrived we placed the car in the convenient covered parking and the sea could be seen from our windows. What else can I say? I gave four stars only because the rooms are simple and basic, but clean and equipped with a bathroom with bidet. To top it off Olga and Iolanda, courteous and premoruse, who contributed to making our stay very pleasant. Last note: reading a book sitting in the outdoor area of the hotel, after lunch, with the sea breeze that caresses you and the swallows that flutter, is a unique pleasure!
