P	Petr Runt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc se nám líbilo. Měli jsme skvělé ubytování v 1. patře s výhledem na bazén, se vstupem z ulice. Ubytování čisté, nové, koupelna se sprchovým koutem, 2 pokoje s klimatizací, 2balkony. Bazén s vyhřívanou vodou, skákací prkno, dětské brouzdaliště. Bazén otevřený od 10:30 do 13:00, pak siesta a znovu od 15:30 do 19:00. Takže není pod okny permanentní výskání. Pláž vzdálená cca 10min. volné chůze. We really liked it. We had great accommodation on the 1st floor overlooking the pool, with access from the street. Accommodation clean, new, bathroom with shower, 2 rooms with air conditioning, 2 balconies. Heated water pool, diving board, children's paddling pool. The pool is open from 10:30 to 13:00, then a siesta and again from 15:30 to 19:00. So there is no permanent howling under the windows. The beach is about 10 minutes away. free walking.

Der Pool wird etwas spät geöffnet (10:30), wird aber für die Mittagsruhe von 13-15h geschlossen, was lobenswert ist. Man ist hier sehr nahe am Strand und hat ein gutes Restaurant sowie einen Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Leider haben auch große Appartements nur einen Autostellplatz. Die Bewohner der Residence sind Touristen wie auch Eigentümer. The residence is beautifully framed with pine trees which donate great shade. Our apartment was on two floors and relatively well kept. The pool is a bit late (10:30), but closed for the lunch from 13-15, which is commendable. It is very close to the beach and has a good restaurant and a supermarket right outside the front door. Unfortunately, even large apartments have only one car parking space. Residents of the Residence are both tourists and owners.

Piscina, posto auto e appartamenti di varie metrature al primo piano e pian terreno con spazio privato. Sono anni che lo frequento e mi sono trovata sempre benissimo. È sicuro per i bambini inquanto è recintato e non si corre il rischio che scappo in strada quando giocano tra le viette del residence. Veramente fantastico! Wonderful! Ombreggiato da bellissimi pini marittimi, recintato e quindi ideale per bambini. Appartamenti di varie grandezze piano terra e primo piano a prezzi nella media. Ci vengo da 30 anni e mi piace sempre come la prima volta. Consigliato. Very characteristic and pleasant residence 100 meters from the sea, with swimming pool, and parking space very close to the apartment. Shaded by beautiful maritime pines, fenced and therefore ideal for children. Ground floor and first floor apartments of various sizes at average prices. I've been coming here for 30 years and I always like it like the first time. Recommended.
T	T W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir besuchen schon viele Jahre diesen Badeort und sind dann immer in dieser Anlage. Ein großer Pool, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Umgebung. Was will man mehr? Die Appartements haben unterschiedliche Größen und sind fast alle mit Klimaanlage ausgerüstet, die man im Juli/August nicht vermissen möchte. Abends hat man eine frische Wind vom Meer. Es gibt auch einen freien Strand, der nichts kostet und zu dem man seinen eigenen Schirm mitnehmen kann. Ansonsten gibt es hier auch einen speziellen Hundestrand und viele Freizeitaktivitäten werden in der Saison angeboten. Bis nach Chioggia, Padua oder Venedig ist es auch nicht weit. What more do you want? The apartments have different sizes and are almost all equipped with air conditioning, which you wouldn't want to miss in July / August. In the evening you have a fresh breeze from the sea. There is also a free, free beach where you can bring your own umbrella. Otherwise there is also a special dog beach and many leisure activities are offered in the season. It's not far to Chioggia, Padua or Venice.

La piscina molto grande che è pure attaccata alla piscina per i più piccoli! Casa provvista di arredamenti base e condizionatore con posto per parcheggiare l'auto!
