Avevo chiesto per mail foto dell'appartamento ma mi hanno scritto di guardare nel sito quelle di un altro appartamento che corrispondeva, in realtà la cucina è diversa, di 20 anni più vecchia e cade a pezzi. Il bagno non ha il box doccia, nonostante avessi chiesto espressamente ci fosse. Avevo comunicato che avevo bambini e uno di piccolo di 12 mesi. Le prese che non sono a norma. Ha la bombola del gas in cucina e non all'esterno. Le camere hanno i materassi che puzzano di vecchio. I miscelatori della doccia funzionano malissimo, si rischia di bruciarsi. Il rubinetto in bagno perde di continuo, quindi uno spreco enorme di acqua. In cucina funziona solo acqua calda bollente e per avere quella fredda c'è da girare 20 volte la manopola. Questo appartamento è vecchio, trasandato, non a norma di sicuro. Fuori c'era tenda da sole che è andata danneggiata dalla tromba d'aria di 10gg ff e Agenzia ha pensato bene di non affidarci nemmeno ma di metterci un ombrellone da spiaggia, che una volta aperto era pure rotto. Ci hanno messo un tavolo da 4 persone con 4 sedie fuori è ci hanno affittato appartamento da 7 persone. È stato chiesto un idraulico per sistemare il discorso acqua ma in 3 gg non è ancora arrivato nessuno. Il ragazzo che è venuto a controllare i miscelatori è stato maleducato. Unica nota positiva è la signora che risponde al telefono in Agenzia, l'unica di gentile. Devo esprimere un giudizio negativo e dire che c'è poca professionalità, perché ai clienti bisogna affittare o vendere cose verifitiere. I am staying in a rented Marina apartment. I had asked for photos of the apartment by email but they wrote to me to look at the site for another apartment that corresponded, in reality the kitchen is different, 20 years older and falls apart. The bathroom does not have a shower cubicle, although I specifically asked for it to be there. I had communicated that I had children and a 12 month old baby. Sockets that are not up to standard. He has the gas cylinder in the kitchen and not outside. The rooms have mattresses that smell like old. The shower mixers work very badly, you risk burning yourself. The faucet in the bathroom is constantly leaking, therefore a huge waste of water. In the kitchen only hot boiling water works and to get the cold one you have to turn the knob 20 times. This apartment is old, scruffy, not up to standard for sure. Outside there was awning that was damaged by the 10 days ff whirlwind and the Agency thought it well not to even entrust us but to put a beach umbrella on it, which once opened was also broken. They put a 4-person table with 4 chairs outside and rented a 7-person apartment. A plumber was asked to fix the water talk but no one has arrived yet in 3 days. The guy who came to check the mixers was rude. The only positive note is the lady who answers the phone at the agency, the only kind one. I have to express a negative opinion and say that there is little professionalism, because customers have to rent or sell truthful things.

Il bagno purtroppo non aveva il box doccia, ma solo la tendina, con il piatto doccia raso terra. Di conseguenza ad ogni doccia il bagno si allagava fino a quasi fuori il corridoio. Immaginatevi poi 5 persone a darsi il cambio. Un disastro. A quel prezzo ci sono alloggi attrezzati meglio credo. Posizione comoda al mare ed al centro, ma tutti i rumori del circondariato non hanno aiutato di certo per noi che cercavamo tranquillità. Inoltre fate attenzione siccome non ti danno nulla. Ed intendo proprio nulla. Neanche un asciugamano, carta igenica, scotex...ecc... Paid 650 euros for the last week of August in accommodation for 6 people. V	Valentina Bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la doccia viene o bollente o troppo fredda . I materassi puzzano e gli armadi sanno di muffa e la luce non funzionava della camera. Il mio bimbo è allergico alla polvere e starnutiva tutta la notte . Per finire nonostante abbia detto il problema sono andati a guardare l'appartamento facendomi aspettare un po' prima di ridarmia la caparra. Molto dispiaciuta. Unfortunately the shower is either hot or too cold. The mattresses stink and the wardrobes smell of mold and the room light didn't work. My baby is allergic to dust and sneezed all night. Finally, despite having said the problem, they went to look at the apartment making me wait a bit before giving me the deposit back. Very sorry.
