★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trasferito a Venezia circa 3 anni fa per lavoro, e dopo un anno e mezzo avevo la necessità di cambiare casa, perciò mi sono rivolto a Tecnocasa dove ho conosciuto Chiara.
Ha capito subito le mie esigenze ed in breve tempo abbiamo trovato l’appartamento che faceva al caso mio e della mia azienda.
Pochi mesi fa ho ricontattato Chiara perché avevo intenzione di fare un investimento in isola, e finalmente tra qualche giorno avrò il mio appartamento in laguna.
Tecnocasa Venezia consigliata, e grazie mille a Chiara per la sua cura e dedizione che ha con i clienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio recensire raccontando la mia esperienza. Mi sono affidata alla Tecnocasa dopo aver conosciuto Matteo in occasione della valutazione di un appartamento a Venezia che volevo vendere. Subito dopo sono partita x le vacanze con l'accordo che al rientro avrei firmato per ufficializzare l'incarico alla vendita.
Sono rimasta stupita del fatto che solo x accordo verbale finché ero via, Matteo chiedendomi il consenso a mezzo cellulare, aveva già pubblicato sul sito l'annuncio con foto, si era adoperato a portare potenziali acquirenti e al mio rientro dopo solo 2 settimane aveva già trovato gli interessati all'acquisto.
In quell'occasione ho conosciuto Chiara che ha trattato la vendita con destrezza e professionalità mettendo in campo la sua abilità nel parlare più lingue (erano Francesi) e dando il massimo di disponibilità affinché tutto andasse x il meglio. Alla mia richiesta di aiuto x lasciare libero l'appartamento e la pertinenza entro 2 giorni, è riuscita a mandarmi una squadra con un barcone nell'arco di mezza giornata. BRAVA!
Lei e Matteo hanno seguito la compravendita passo x passo fino alla stesura dell'atto davanti al notaio.
Sono stata fortunata ad appoggiarmi a Tecnocasa e soprattutto Tecnocasa è fortunata ad avere collaboratori come Chiara e Matteo, affidabili, competenti, seri e soprattutto disponibili h 24!!!

I want to review by telling my experience. I relied on Tecnocasa after meeting Matteo during the evaluation of an apartment in Venice that I wanted to sell. Immediately after I left for the holidays with the agreement that on my return I would have signed to formalize the assignment for the sale.
I was amazed by the fact that only x verbal agreement while I was away, Matteo asking me for consent by mobile phone, had already published the ad with photos on the site, had tried to bring potential buyers and on my return after only 2 weeks he already had found those interested in buying.
On that occasion I met Chiara who treated the sale with dexterity and professionalism, using her ability to speak several languages (they were French) and giving the maximum availability so that everything went for the best. At my request for help to vacate the apartment and the relevance within 2 days, she managed to send me a team with a boat within half a day. GOOD!
She and Matteo followed the sale step by step until the deed was drafted in front of the notary.
I was lucky to rely on Tecnocasa and above all Tecnocasa is lucky to have collaborators like Chiara and Matteo, reliable, competent, serious and above all available 24 hours a day !!!
I recommend it.
