Devo dire che ho trovato simpatia e gentilezza. Consiglio Haus Immobiliare per chi ama Venezia e non se ne vuole andare e per chi, ci vuole tornare...
I got to work with them many years ago. And also to study together ... I needed their expertise for a sale ... I must say that I found sympathy and kindness. I recommend Haus Immobiliare for those who love Venice and don't want to leave and for those who want to come back ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, terrible attitude. I was shown 3 apartments by this agency all of them had already gone still they showed me wasting my time. I gave them references, a contract everything ..they even took 1000 euro from me. I realised there was something wrong when the agent Marco kept us waiting for 2 weeks after he had the deposit. In the end we gave up and insisted he return the deposit. We had lost 3 weeks with these people and when I asked to speak to the Manager she refused. We visited the office and they threw us out. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. I have now found a beautiful apartment which cost a lot more ...they lost 2 good clients here
