★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho “lavorato” in questa agenzia per un mese circa; ho dovuto pregare per un contratto da stagista. Lo stagista dovrebbe essere seguito, bene: io venivo mandata a zonzo per Venezia ad acquisire immobili, inizialmente senza contratto(un mese per far iniziare un contratto)e dopo essere andata dalla finanza , quindi se mi fossi fatta male mica avevo un’assicurazione. In secondo luogo é capitato di essere lasciata sola in agenzia quando ero la da forse 2 settimane, questo dopo aver gentilmente domandato le chiavi dopo essere rimasta fuori dalla porta più volte perché la signorina che sarebbe dovuta giungere alle 9,00 con me se ne arrivava con calma alle 9,35.
Sull’agenzia con i clienti nulla da dire; per lavoraci, a mio avviso, proprio non ci siamo. Un minimo di formazione si mi è stata fatta, proprio un minimo, visto che al mio “tutor” (V.) non domandavo nulla per non dare fastidio.
I "worked" in this agency for about a month; I had to pray for an internship contract. The intern should be followed, well: I was sent for a stroll around Venice to acquire properties, initially without a contract (one month to start a contract) and after going to finance, so if I got hurt I didn't have insurance. Secondly, I happened to be left alone in the agency when I was there for maybe 2 weeks, this after having kindly asked for the keys after being outside the door several times because the young lady who should have arrived at 9.00 with me would arrive calmly at 9.35.
Nothing to say about the agency with clients; to work on it, in my opinion, we are just not there. A minimum of training was given to me, just a minimum, since I did not ask my “tutor” (V.) to avoid bothering me.
