★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho trovato la casa in condizioni pessime, a detta del Signor Leonardo a causa del montaggio delle finestre e delle porte. Ho trovato un vero e proprio cantiere, c’era ancora la scala dei muratori nel salone, veri e propri mucchi di polvere con chiodi sparsi qua e la nelle stanze. La casa non veniva pulita da tantissimo tempo infatti i lampadari erano strapieni di ragnatele. Ci ho messo più di un giorno per pulirla tutta. MA ADESSO ARRIVA IL BELLO. Alla restituzione della casa, l’ho fatta trovare pulitissima, profumava ancora di detergente per pavimenti. Ma il signor Leonardo appena entrato in casa, dopo aver visto la casa pulita, e aver passato il dito nei vari mobili cercando polvere ma non trovandola, alla fine passa il dito dietro il televisore e col dito un po' sporco di polvere dice “la casa non si può definire pulita” e che ci sarebbero voluti interventi di pulizia dal costo di 50 euro, detratti dalla caparra. Io all'inizio credevo stesse scherzando. Così a quel punto gli ricordo le condizioni iniziali della casa mostrandogli le foto alla consegna di quest’ultima, quindi con la scala i mucchi di polvere e tutto il resto. Ma è a questo punto il Signor Leonardo mi sbalordisce dicendomi che la casa MI È STATA CONSEGNATA PULITISSIMA! Dopo più di due ore, negando l’evidenza di fronte alle foto che mostravano anche la data, ha voluto comunque trattenere 50 euro dalla caparra per le pulizie. Pulizie inoltre che non credo abbia fatto perché non c’era niente da pulire in quella casa! Insomma io quello che vi dico è NON FIDATEVI!
Very bad experience. I found the house in very bad condition, according to Mr. Leonardo because of the assembly of windows and doors. I found a real building site, there was still the scale of the masons in the living room, real piles of dust with nails scattered here and there in the rooms. The house had not been cleaned for a very long time, in fact the chandeliers were full of cobwebs. It took me more than a day to clean it all. BUT NOW THE BEAUTIFUL ARRIVAL. When the house was returned, I found it very clean, it still smelled like a floor cleaner. But Mr. Leonardo just entered the house, after having seen the house clean, and having passed his finger in the various furniture looking for dust but not finding it, at the end he passes his finger behind the TV and with his finger a little dirty with dust says "the house cannot be defined as clean "and that it would have taken cleaning from the cost of 50 euros, deducted from the deposit. At first I thought he was joking. So at that point I remind him of the initial conditions of the house by showing him the photos of the latter's delivery, then with the ladder the piles of dust and all the rest. But it is at this point that Mr. Leonardo amazes me by telling me that the house HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO ME! After more than two hours, denying the evidence in front of the photos that also showed the date, he still wanted to withhold 50 euros from the cleaning deposit. Cleaning that I don't think he did because there was nothing to clean in that house! So what I tell you is DON'T TRUST!
