Lunedì mattina trovo la ruota anteriore sgonfia, porto la bici e mi dicono che è la camera d'aria (proprietario o dipendente comunque poco cordiale ma vabbè basta che sappia fare il suo lavoro). Torno martedì mattina. Sorpresina: 18€ per una camera d'aria e raddrizzare un pedale che comunque funzionava. Mercoledì alle 13 prendo la bici: ruota anteriore completamente sgonfia. Gliela porto, mi dice che la valvola era difettosa. Me la cambia gratuitamente in un giorno. Dico vabbè, non sai fare il tuo mestiere ma ok almeno non ho pagato. E invece... Lunedì prendo di nuovo la bici e ruota di nuovo sgonfia. Il tizio non si ricorda neanche chi sono, dice che è colpa mia che ho preso un vetro per strada e mi intima che quando andrò a prenderla vedrò sto buco sulla ruota. Stamattina vado a ritirare la bici: 25€. Ora ditemi se è possibile che io in una settimana abbia avuto la camera d'aria sgonfia, una valvola difettosa e anche un vetro nel copertone, o se è più probabile che uno non abbia né cura né attenzione né tantomeno buone maniere in quello che fa. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO E CARISSIMO BAD. I had to bring the bike THREE TIMES IN 8 DAYS. Monday morning I find the front wheel deflated, I bring the bike and they tell me that it is the inner tube (owner or employee however not very friendly but oh well it is enough that he knows how to do his job). I'll be back on Tuesday morning. Surprise: € 18 for an inner tube and straighten a pedal that still worked. Wednesday at 13 I take the bike: front wheel completely deflated. I bring it to him, he tells me the valve was defective. He changes it for free in one day. I say oh well, you don't know how to do your job but ok at least I didn't pay. But instead ... On Monday I take the bike again and tire deflated again. The guy doesn't even remember who I am, he says it's my fault that I picked up a glass in the street and tells me that when I go to get it I'll see I'm hole in the wheel. This morning I go to collect the bike: 25 €. Now tell me if it is possible that in a week I have had a deflated inner tube, a defective valve and even a glass in the tire, or if it is more likely that one has neither care nor attention nor manners in what he does. . NOT RECOMMENDED AND DEARLY

I don't really speak Italian, but I showed him a picture and we didn't have a problem. Price was so cheap I got extras. I was in and out within just a few minutes. Excellent third-generation family shop!
