Non scrivo recensioni google, ma vedendo una cliente che si è lamentata ho pensato fosse giusto. Sono molto bravi e professionali, non è facile stare a contatto con i clienti e soprattutto mettere d'accordo due parti. Vedo come la Sig.ra Laura è gentile col cliente, la pazienza soprattutto che ha nell'ascoltare le esigenze più disparate di clienti a volte pesanti. E' vero all'interno del ufficio c'è un piccolo cagnolino, tranquillo non abbaia mai non da fastidio a nessuno, poverina è anziana e non mi sembra il caso farne una tragedia se la Sig.ra non ha voluto legarla ma soprattutto non mi sembra il caso di recensire queste cose su internet dato che qui non si mette in discussione la professionalità o meno dell'agente immobiliare. Mi hanno seguito sin dall'inizio e oltre, ancora oggi se ho qualsiasi problema sono disponibili. Addirittura il 01 di Agosto di anni fa che fu una domenica vennero in agenzia per organizzarmi l'incontro con quelli che poi sarebbero divenuti i miei attuali inquilini. Nulla da dire persone cordiali, gentili. Li consiglio!!! Serious and professional. Avevo affidato la mia casa ad un'altra agenzia di un famoso marchio, non ho concluso nulla, il prezzo che chiedevo era fuori mercato e loro mi hanno convinto lo stesso che me lo avrebbero venduto. Non è stato così purtroppo, l'agenzia Pico Immobiliare è stata da subito trasparente e chiara, il mercato è cambiato, l'esigenze sono cambiate.. ero un pò scettica all'inizio, invece in circa 1 mese me lo hanno venduto e sono pienamente soddisfatta, hanno pensato tutto loro.
